What is the UIP (usual interstitial pneumonia) pattern?

Is Honeycombing on the lungs associated with UIP? I am currently waiting to join the transplant list pending assessment. Oxygen saturation drops significantly when mobile but sits steady in 90s when on a O2 flow of 7 which is pretty high i believe. Currently the MDT meeting has been held, and fibrosis is the outcome with UIP being noted on the report. I believe there is a super urgent, urgent and normal waiting list for transplants and waiting time varies depending which list you are placed on. What defines which list you would be placed on?
