Interesting, thanks for sharing. I'm in the process of becoming vegan but man it's so difficult to get rid of 35 years of bad habits. Sometimes I feel like quitting but then I remember how good I feel since I stopped eating meat and that's what keeps me motivated.

@@joselostx it's easier to stay in shape without much effort when you eat plants. You can get everything your body needs and not have all the excess cholesterol and fat in most meats. We were designed to eat plants? Just look at our teeth. We are omnivores, it really doesn't matter what we eat bro. I know several people who's diabetes went away after they went just vegetarian. It's much easier to stay healthy when you eat mostly plants and exercise. I feel great, and I dont gotta worry about what's inside my food or anything.

I have never had an interest in tofu. Im 42yrs young, eating cleaner and being "able" is key to me. My palate has matured. I now eat beets as well. I vow to try tofu with an open mind. Seems like a win win!! Wish me luck guys!!
