Wagyu or Wagyu beef is known as one of the, if not the best beef in the world.
It is synonymous for densely marbled beef and unforgettable flavor experiences.
Find out what Wagyu actually is, its history, how it is graded and also if the famous Kobe beef is really the best of them all.

I heard someone on tv a minute ago saying they ordered Wagyu steak at a fancy restaurant and it cost them $280.00!!! So I googled "what is Wagyu?" and this video was one of the items that was recommended as an explanation. Well I'm so glad I chose this over other choices Google offered as you explained it in such great detail......from the history of it to why it costs so much. Great work! But one (ok 2) last question(s) : what does it taste like? and is it more tender than fillet steak?? Even though I'm never ever gonna be able to afford to purchase it (so my question(s) is/are probably irrelevant) but I'm still ever so curious. Ps. I like the cute popping sound
