I have been managing KZbin channels for 4/5 years and watching this guy content the same time 😂😂 I quit watching these king of videos most of advices are to let you know the little trick, that thing you are missing and that trick MAYBE…. We've used Amazon shopping links heavily in articles for about five years. We eventually stopped because they just don't produce the sort of benefits you would expect. The work that goes into actively adding links doesn't produce enough revenue to make it worthwhile. This sort of business model doesn't seem very lucrative and impulse purchasing isn't as common as one might think.

Wow that's amazing. How many hashtags do you use? I hear some 'gurus' say use less tags while others with large following say use more. Also do we know how the algorithm works as far as what videos they push? My vids get 100-300 views but one got 2.3k and it was one of the worst quality vids, made no sense.

Use hashtags that has high usage there's a number that pops up when u use a hashtag you want that number to be in the millions post consistently and that's it. The algorithm pushes you through when it's your turn. I got over 130,000 views on "the best ALLEY-OOP ever" it's linked to this video and that's when I had 200 plus subscribers so just be consistent

I've been uploading 3 shorts per day and two videos per week for three months. My channel is STRUGGLING to grow because my reach gets hit HARD each time there's a major algorithm change. I literally went from 3k views in a 48-hr period to 300 in the last week. I finally had a video that was getting regular views per hour, then it stopped cold. It's so frustrating!😫

Oh. I am 100% a FAN of KZbin Premium! I HATE ads on KZbin. They wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so long or if they didn't interrupt videos so often. They completely interrupt the flow of a video. At the same time, it is important to me that content creators I watch get compensated. Now, if KZbin did away with general Subscriptions, I would subscribe individually to channels, but only if the subscription was like $1 or $2. That would make it kind of like Patreon. But I think the overall KZbin subscription is much more fair to the creators whose videos I watch and don't subscribe to.

Shorts fluctuate in how the preform and help the performance of my channel. Sometimes, they get zero views and they don’t seem to have a synergy to them. Other times they take off and my channel as a whole has is preforming better. I only post shorts when I have something to share. I am focused on vlogging with my dogs, so the shorts that do best are cute moments with my dogs, so I need to catch that moments. Tags are extremely underrated, in my opinion. I enjoyed this discussion, I would love more like this and for them to be longer. More round tables please!🙏🏻

I would say a really good portion of my subs come from shorts, does it mean I like them, no. I prefer long form, I have also noticed that after I started doing shorts, I have received more views on my long form videos... so I guess shorts may be beneficial?? Great video guys, thanks

I think when you add a link to the long form or if you post many shorts consistently, it can give good results. I’m saying this as a viewer because I’ve subscribed to a few channels that way, either through the link of because kept coming across their shorts and got curious about their channel.

What matters the most is the content you post, and if it satisfies your viewers. It's like running business, you need to give people what they want. It can be tough for new channels though, because you are not popular or trustworthy (I recommend using a bit of famester for brand new channels, as it makes the first few months on social media a lot easier).

I feel like KZbin shorts should be a preview for your channel, an incentive to watch a longer video that you have, also I think less is more when it comes to shorts, if you want to be more known for your long form videos, then use them to promote, focus on type of videos you want to be known for.

New content creator as well, Ive found that the 'inspiration' tab on my Creator view helps me see and chamge up my tags, it tells you for your particular niche what people are searching for, the best tags to use etc, great tool to have if you use it right, just my $.02, still staying at it & enjoy doing it everytime I click that submit button to upload a new video

Honestly i think just to get subs its ok to do but once you hit your sub goal you should def stop.

Upload time does matter, but it can be difficult to pinpoint the best time to publish a video. During the COVID period, it was easier to figure out the optimal time, like posting at night during that covid era seemed to negatively affect my videos, preventing them from gaining traction-even years later. On the other hand, videos uploaded at the right time performed much better. KZbin says upload time doesn’t matter, but what if someone else posts the exact same video as you on the right time and then they get a ton of views? That could make your video less effective or even irrelevant, causing it to remain unnoticed indefinitely. Thats my opinion anyway.

So…. We were getting those 4000 hours soon (at 2550hours) everyday we had about 150-300 new hours from one of our videos that were over 1min. Then all the sudden I notice my videos moved to the SHORTS. I knew KZbin was goin to switch shorts to be only below 3min… but I didn’t expect them to recalculate our hours too 😢 this change threw us down to 59 hours 😫… We had a fast “growth”, started the channel early in the fall, so at least we have the audience and traffic … we’ll get the 4k hours I know❤, but I was excited to be likely monetizing before the end of the year… 😢

A great topic I would like to discuss is does it matter to have a single channel that has different topics of interest that I want to post about. One day I want to post about cars and another day I want to post about Jesus, or other videos, I’m a content creator. I LOVE SHORTS! Shorts are the showroom as people are searching for product reviews, you look away and you miss it so whike it'sshort, consumers watch the whole thing. Longform is for listening while you do other things unless you are following instructions (like you're watching a woodworker turn a bowl as you are doing it along with them). Also, I need help separating my FB business page from my personal so I can be approved for Amazon Influencer on a different account. Has anyone gone through these steps? It has to be done right or you can delete your page or lock yourself out 😮

I think it would make for good content as well but i was wondering if KZbin ever plans on doing anything about people who sub&unsub from channels to mess with them? Let’s make it to the Chase here when you put the video uploads first you have the tag for the title and that is overrated and when when you always have maids, something it’s already have been done but when we say the word just it’s be like minutes seconds and moments ago and that’s still overrated but when you go to pay for the KZbin premium and the KZbin gets paid to put ads on there, which they don’t have the right to put as on KZbin when people don’t like to watch ads, and that is overrated because when you can, the word is not could then it will be better that way, so when you can buy the KZbin premium with no ads for a full length video, then they can be able to watch it as long as you watch it. But I’ll go back to what I was saying about uploading a video and then you put the title of the tag because when you went to get your video to rank up, you upload the video onto KZbin after you once made the video after you edit, then you put in the title for the tag then you get more and more audience of people that will be impressed that you will get them to be interested in just like I have been doing because I have been impressing my audience and they have been interested in my videos so in speaking of I found out for myself that if you put the what first and then the who because many of people are right about that the word who goes first in the story that you read, but on KZbin with the what it is the what because you know what is watching you know what the creator creates you know what the content is and then The Who is like who is watching who is commenting who is playing who is liking and who is subscribing and who is the creator that creates the content because I have a getting a lot of views so that’s why if you upload a video onto KZbin before you take for your title then you will get more audience for people that will be impressed that they are interested in your videos and that is overrated. It is not actually bad but underrated is bad and that is what I’m saying earlier so when you use AI tools for KZbin. It’s real slow you down and waste time because we need to take away intelligence or Google the tools for KZbin, including with robots and automotive systems because it’s scary for us all because they can replace us because you have a purchase of all the camera and for them all when you fear other people‘s opinions when they think about you you get somewhere because otherwise you’ll be fucked because David Morenas said that if you let fear other people‘s opinions, then they can help you otherwise they think about you like you’re too young to put onto KZbin and you’re too old you have to start in the middle and it matters of how old you get because when you get to your old age so when that is young has to do that person work for the contacts when you are like get closer to the 80s and 90s to the hundreds, biggest standard time when you reach there, you had to stop doing it and let someone else to do the content for the person that is way too old to start a KZbin channel so yeah that is where I’m getting at but the question is why is it important to have all of these things on KZbin are on social media when we don’t want them on social media that we don’t have control over it that we can do the things that we do on social media that our things that we can do on there ourselves that we can and trying to boost up the video ranking tickets would be wanted for our KZbin channel and continue creating more contents along side with it?
