Great interview. I can relate to this well. I thought I was a 3 before I had my son and I am a 2 now. I get along with a lot of different people. She does have great hair!

Wonderful interview thank you! Wow this is relatable ... tell me I can’t do it and it’s done :) first job the boss literally said “I’m not sure why you are on my team” and within one year I was on the club trip to Hawaii, and got 2 promotions within 5 years ... and I don’t even like it lol. I just have a steel trap inside that I will overcome adversity and “win” against hard odds. Also pretty solid now but growing up I was steeped in toxic shame and feelings of worthlessness after a high-ACE upbringing; took decades but now like you said it’s, “this is who I am and you can deal with it.” : D

Can also relate to not feeling like I have much of an inner critic anymore (used to be horrible) more standards now, which I just can’t let myself fall bellow lol

Reading the room is something of the Social variant, not being a Three. So she's right about it being natural and instinctual. The Three comes into effect in the sense of reading whatever situation and knowing what will like sell, or what will look good... for what it's worth.

Wow I can related so much lol, I dont listen to my inner critic but when I want a suggestion I ask my inner critic for ideas and my brain does the searching (subconscious)
