Wouln't it be cool if not only might Bennett be confirmed to have originated from Natlan and that his unwilling departure from there to live in Mondstadt has something to do with his bad luck, but he that he even joined Traveler on their way to Natan for it's Archon quest. Nonetheless this was a incredible and underrated video, I'd almost love to see you make more videos like this to describe Allogenes of all seven elements after you've alreay done the Pyro-ones (so I'm eager to see you talk about the Hydro-Allogenes next) who you've describe accurately as "those who inherit legacies"

I think something you touch on here, but sort of skim over, is that Pyro users overwhelmingly harness the legacies they inherit to spread warmth/comfort/joy to those around them; this puts them in opposition to Cryo users, for whom legacies are great burdens they are forced to carry.

@@aetervespernoxch.6697 Wanderer is too rebellious and nonchalant to desire anything. Sure he may want revenge on Dottore but it’s not that much driven as he now being taken care of by Nahida. Cyno doesn’t let any of his desires be overtaken by his duties and conviction as an upholder of judgement. He is a fanatic of TCGs but it’s just a side hobby. Childe does desire to look for an equal, but he also has priorities to his family, his peers, and his archon. The only desire from Amber that we know is that she wants to be a better flier from her story quest, and she does fulfill it.

I'm sorry to say Murata has already been said to be a woman. I'm also happy to say that Murata was the Pyro Archon about 2,000 years ago. We don't know if she has died since then, seeing as Vennessa didn't recognize the name 1,000 years ago.

I can't help but feel a bit off with this analysis - Like, it does seem to be true, but... Xinyan didn't really inherit anything - instead brought changes to the tradition Gaming defied his family's legacy and instead focused on Wushou Dancing... I think there is something much more important here that was lost amidst the stories - the burning desire of the Pyro All of these characters have something in common and that is the fact that their Ambition (and ambitions are closely tied to Visions) is some goal they follow - hell, even the Agnidus Agate shows this - "burnt to cinders for a dream" Some of them do indeed put their passion into following into the legacy's footsteps, but many "defy" the legacy and forge their own, better path, fueled by their goal

I believe every vision wielder has a goal they are passionate about. (Pyro and Geo especially) What I find unique about Pyro is the passing of the torch. After all, the Agate follows up that quote with "If the intention yet remains, achieved ****'s wish he has." This implies that the trials they face are for another's ambition. Gaming does not follow his family's legacy, but the tradition of Wushou dancing. One of the last practitioners. Honestly, of all the playable characters, Xinyan is the one I'm least confident in. I believe she's taking a small indie scene and turning it into something more akin to a Liyue tradition (she had to learn all about it from somewhere, after all). Or Hoyo just wanted the rockstar to have pyrotechnics. We may never know.

Diluc is descended from the Ragnvindr clan, a long line of knights from Mondstadt. However, the first Knight of Favonius, Vennessa, was from Natlan. The original Ragnvindr was her ally in toppling the aristocracy, however it's unknown if the two bloodlines ever mingled. The bright red hair far precedes Vennessa's time, back to the days of Venti's rebellion against Decarabian.

This video assumes that Hoyo is very consistent with their characters. It's funny when Genshin players have this out of this world theory that makes the game more interesting than what it actually is in game. Lmao. Idk, Chongyun’s vision story straight up says that there’s a difference between why people get what elements. It questions what ambition/wish/desire his vision responded to to give him cryo when he’s more suited to Pyro (which tbh goes along with this Theory since he comes from a long like or exorcists.)
