Sweet truck! Looks great and sounds great! Seems to move along pretty well in my opinion. Mine's an '88. Nearly 200,000 on the clock and doesn't burn oil. Doesn't leak, interior doesn't squeak or rattle. XtraCab Longbed so it has great cargo capacity. Barely a week goes by that I don't get comments or someone wanting to buy it! Like 1000 miles on the engine, just rebuilt it a few months ago
@regularguy85926 ай бұрын
nice truck ! a fan shroud would help you a bunch with running hot issues. I have a 93 22re 5 speed 4wd with 10.1 pistons and like you I have to run 93 octane which sucks but my motor was built by yota1 and pushing pretty close to 200 hp. I don't know what they did but that thing has plenty of power and so smooth. Its like driving a little sports car. I'm only getting about 14 mpg in town right now but fixing to put a Haltech ecu on it and hope that improves the mileage, You might put a broad band 02 sensor on yours and that would help you tune that carb to get some more hp out of it or at least better mpg
