Don't know about turning around, most obvious issue they've got such countries is rapid population growth, if it's a "fine" country today with 18+ million population, already millions have emigrated, it'd be way worse in the future with 50+ million, 6+ children per woman with barely any resources and infrastructure is a fast-track to hell and that's the way it's going

No war is going on now that is finished it’s peaceful now the reason the war started in the first place was that the dictatorship government collapsed in the 90s but now they have democratic governments so they have army and police who keeps the peace they are trained by turkey 🇹🇷 since they have an agreement on the huge oil and gas reserves Somalia 🇸🇴 found recently. turkey 🇹🇷 traines Somali army,navy,Air Force and police and turkey 🇹🇷 gives scholarships to Somali students to study in turkey 🇹🇷 and also helps Somali fight against pirates and terrorists who are killed everyday by Somali soldiers using drones strikes in return turkey 🇹🇷 gets a share of the Somalias oil and gas reserves basically is a win win situation for both countries
