@@peachxtaehyung great question! So Vidcon themselves will invite creators they want to feature and they are the featured creators who do panels and such. The general public pays for either a community,creator, or industry badge (in order of least to most expensive) and each of those have different events that they have access to. Sierra is a featured creator so she was personally asked by vidcon to attend which is awesome!
