Becoming great at anything takes being extraordinary, you need to be different, and for most you will be seen as weird, and that is ok.

Hey coach, I have been running to get my rebounds and run to the three, and it really improved my 3pt shooting. And also have my friend contest my shots. Now I'm like Steph Curry. I can make 40/ 50 shots all because of you, thanks.

Yeah I know what you mean. Do I need the extra electrolytes in my bottle like you said? Also I saw dangelo russel saying be dribbled a tennis ball in class for his handles. Should I do the same?

No you don’t need to dribble a tennis ball, just because he did it doesn’t mean it works or you should, electrolytes can help, it’s more so the concept of not worrying what people think

@@tjltraining ok but do you agree that dribbling a basketball and having it in your hands for as much as you can during the day is optimal to develop elite handles?
@tjltraining28 күн бұрын
@@giannisburner2.0 yes that can def help but is not a guarantee to make you a good ball handler in games

I don’t understand why a person would do this

Too bad basketball sucks as a career choice. Can do everything right for years then blow your acl or Achilles and instant career over and all the training was wasted time.

But the work ethic and habits you develop carry over to everything else

youre missing the big picture in life. sports can create work ethic, self motivation and perseverance, which any business owner would love to have as qualities in their employees. you can also get a free or partially free education. at certain levels of basketball you are taught proper training mechanics and fundamentals as well as the relationship between food and sports performance. depending on your collegiatte or pro career you will also develope relationships that could open up careers in the same sport or another field. to be honest, yoir question seemed very AI bot like, so maybe you cant relate to this AT ALL...😂 just sayin.
