In nature it's good for a woman to have a healthy amount of weight for child bearing, so they likely like to see a woman will eat a lot to support babies. There may be a contradiction somewhere as perhaps they want a woman to do that but don't like the weight, in which case this is an error from society on their end but their instincts are showing.

I totally agree. Plus it's interesting since when you hear 'foreign' girls, Japanese (and most Asians in general) would first typically think of western or European girls, especially the typical blond hair blue eyes. @@hermajesty4785 I honestly don't see many white women with Asian men in the U.S. All women especially White or Filipino women will usually date, marry, or just have kids with black men. This maybe different elsewhere, but if an Asian dates outside their race in America it's usually an Asian women not a Asian men. However, again I do see blasian couples mostly rather it's an Asian men or women who are in a relationship with a black person. Darker skin is more accepted in the U.S. so people date whoever. Rather it's a dark person from India, black, latino, or a darker Asian. Most Americans careless these days they just want to share common interest, values, and morals. Learning and accepting different cultures also says alot about a person in my opinion anyway.

I liked the answers of the third guy best. He had the most substance. But the fourth guy (final interviewee) also surprised me (in a good way). I personally find Japanese men to be mostly quite handsome and I was always attracted to them in my younger years. I am only 5'3" (160 cm) and was thin so size was never an issue. But this was 50 years ago and Japanese boys/men in those days (in NYC) were much less likely to date an American girl, so I was mostly out of luck! And I wasn't hideous to look at either... It was the cultural differences and sometimes a language barrier. Plus, any relationship that got serious would have been disapproved by one or both families. Things are so different now!

Do you think black ladies go celibate in japan? They are fetishised and obviously men wouldn't bother to have sex with them. But would they take them seriously? Marry them? Not really. I had my fair share living in Asia, mainly China and never saw a local guy holding a black girls hand in public. But know of many going on dates with black girls. Their conversations are nasty. Expect them to send a photo of the girl to their friends and say something like 'ive tried this before' include reference to the dark color of their genitals and how they were ashamed to be with a black girl in public. @redleeks6253 Жыл бұрын
He meant what he meant. He started by saying 'I like respectable girls' and the foreign stereotype portrayed by the sex&City isn't exactly 'respectable'. When he says he can fall for their looks he means they have nothing but looks só he can lust them but they have nothing valuable to offer. When he said he couldn't speak english was just to soften the blow like 'we wouldn't be able to communicate anyway'. The first one clearly considered foreign girls who understood and liked japanese culture and they could 'watch anime together'. He's already considering that the girl speaks japanese and understands japanese culture. The other one likes 'respectable girls' and the friend said 'korean girls'. Korean girls are in the same category as japanese girls.
@samaraisnt Жыл бұрын
Red Leeks; I agree he did say what he said. He means theyre good enough to fuck but not to marry/bring home. I agree with everything EXCEPT for no 🙅🏽♀️ You’re wrong about Korean girls being “the same” as Japanese. They literally OWNED Korean women in the past, it was a former colony of Japan so they intentionally see them as inferior. They were even banned from some restaurants and there are negative stereotypes you need to learn some history before you speak so out of turn like that. Just because you can’t see a difference does NOT mean they see them as equals. It’s like saying Germans viewed Jews as the same, just cause you can’t see the difference doesn’t mean they don’t treat them unequally based on race. tbh your comment reeks of racism lumping all asians together.

Regarding the videos i've watched already about these subjects of relationships and romantic preferences, i cant ignore the fact that Japanese men are so polite and respectful. I'm from Portugal (European) and not many men are lime that nowadays. My boyfriend is, but i still have some male friends from when i used to play futsal who are a bit..."off" with women. 😅😅

They are respectful? Hahahaha maybe to their own. Watch Camila Pipoka (Brazilian of Japanese descent) and look for her videos of japanese men. And she was raised in Japan

It’s because sadly western culture press men to be what is considered “manly” that is being tough and bad mannered. The toxic masculinity in this side of the world is changing our way of thinking about what is good and bad. I just ignore those nonsensical stereotypes and I’m just being myself treating others with basic respect regards of gender/sex.

What I’ve noticed here is that when asked what type of girl is their ideal type they almost always speak on characteristics first not the image, or looks unless asked directly. I feel in America it’s not like that at all. If the same question was posed I feel American men would describe the image of their ideal person very well first as opposed to the personality traits or characteristics of their ideal person. BIG takeaway for me
@rebecamendez5456 Жыл бұрын
Maybe because they don't have much diversity, they can't say they like blonds or something because all of them have dark hair. They are also very strict with body types, is weird hearing a guy or girl who says they like them chubby with asses or boob, because they will look like perverts 😂. But I can tell ypu they do care a lot about looks.

All men pay attention to looks first, no matter nationality. Don't be fooled with their culture of "keeping the face". They knoe that talking about looks would put them in a bad light.

Hi Takashi san, I'm one of your vlog video fallowers from the Philippines, I think you do not have to travel to any countries in order for you to make video vlog footage. Japanese culture native food, sceneries and places itself are all very interesting stories. And also English speaking in Japan are more appropriate to apply don't get me wrong, not only in Japan but all over the world for that matter... Only my own identities opinion. "Kindness in Words Creates Confidence in Good people". Thank you for 💖

This sounds bad, but I found the answers of these Japanese men more open-minded and mature than the video with the Japanese women. Although in both videos the last guy/girl interviewed were both extremely genuine. You should do more of these, I think there are plenty of interesting guys and girls out there who have even more diverse and amazing answers.

I am imaging a lot of foreign girls are screaming at their screens going "THAT COULD BE ME!" with the first guy. He seems like a real down to Earth and nice guy.
@justme40372 жыл бұрын
Yes but that is the thing I was sceptical about. He seems very "pick me". I had the feeling that he said most of the things because he knows that a lot of (foreign) girls can identify with it or like to hear that and not because he really feels that way.
@Sakachi182 жыл бұрын
@@justme4037 Could be, but I'd rather not assume the worst about someone I don't even know. Plus, even if he did lie about all of it just to seem like a nicer guy, it doesn't matter. Since it wouldn't do anything. Everyone tries to put on their best face in public. And nobody wants to be recorded being a jerk and be posted online for everyone to see.

@@Sakachi18 I didn't mean to assume "the worst" about him. I just wanted to share that the interview didn't felt so authentic to me PERSONALLY. I am 100% aware that I know nothing about that person or his intentions. I don't really see a problem in my comment but I understand your message and I appreciate that you want to spread awareness. @@justme4037 I totally undwrstand, don't worry about it. I'm sorry if my message sounded like I was being mean or accusing you of seeing only the worst.
