I’m Japanese. In school, we learn that Indus civilization is one of the 4 oldest in the world. I personally have a deep appreciation of what Gautama Siddhārtha (we call him Shaka, 釈迦) has done for the world. I often wish his teaching had spread more over the course of history, as I deem it being a higher philosophy, closer to the reality of universe. There are lots of curry restaurants owned by Indians in Japan. And Indian people who come to the US are highly, highly competitive, I guess they are very few fortunate people, I guess.

We call him Gautama Buddha, his teachings are really needed in this world right now, where people are becoming more aggressive, depressed, arrogant. But happy that you know about him and Indus valley civilization. Btw did you heard about "Nalanda University" it was an ancient buddhist university that was burned down by some invaders and its said to be one of the first universities in the world and it contained world's biggest library at that time.

@SOPHISTICATED-KNOWLEDGE no he was not a follower of sanatan dharma.. Buddhism and Jainism arose in India during later vedic period around 600-400 BC.. In vedic culture There were varna system which lowerd or suppressed the positions of women and shudras... However during later period of the later vedic era Kshatriya was against the varna system and they got support from other varna as Buddhism accommodated all the people it didn't have any varna system and they used pali language which was used by the commoner ...

Kashmiris hate India and want separate country, Punjabis hate India and want Khalistan, Southerners hate all the northerners and have complex for their language, Bongs just hate their own existence and all of the country. India-Japan relationship is very old and friendly. The relationship started with preaching Buddhism. In modern History, the legendary revolutionary of Indian struggle for freedom, Rashbehari Bose went to Japan to collect arms and gather expatriate Indian soldiers of British army to fight against British. However, he couldn’t succeed. He married to a Japanese lady named Toshiko Soma and eventually lived and died in Japan. Later, Netaji’s Azad Hind Fauj conquered Imphal with assistance of Japanese army during WW-2. You can’t forget these history.

I am sure he mentioned it again by the end of the video because the first few moments were essentially video highlights. Akshay (अक्षय) = Akushai = アクシャイ So, everything else, like biryani (ビリャニ), is the work of me typing hiragana using Hiragana using Google Keyboard that shows me Katakana and Kanji equivalents. The guy in dreads was awesome! 🔥🔥 I never thought I'd hear 'brain masala' from a foreigner when asked about Indian food. I am one of the Indians who would love to visit Japan and explore their culture and culinary practices🤤 Arigato gosaimasu for this video! 🙏🏼
