What the world needs is tough & resilient fighters who won't HIDE from the scary reality cuz they're used to being protected in a way most of us never had the privilege of. Your whole view is WRONG. There are a number of Homages to Alfred Hitchcock in this movie. Besides the obvious shower curtain falling, the plot about her suspecting the neighbor of murder is lifted from Rear Window. Also, at the very end, as the film fades out, the face of Madison Frank appears in the snow.
@albertjimeno53152 ай бұрын
Also it being a murder mystery that slowly reveals itself is inspired by Hitchcock. And the ghost element is reminiscent of Vertigo (1958) (albeit presented in a much more horrific way in What Lies Beneath). Silvestri’s score is also influenced by Bernard Hermaan’s Psycho score. And notice Norman’s name.

I think it's sweet that Cassie was being a big sister and protected Carly. And yes, Carly, I accept your apology and its totally okay to choose yourself and stop watching something you know you cant handle lol This reaction is amazing. thank you for entertaining us

This movie is fantastic in tension building & suspense! Also just always in awe of how stunning Michelle is…❤

This is a great thriller. In an age where thrillers were kinda old news, and blood and gore were in vogue, the use of suspense is elite here. Not overly bloody or violent, hence the PG rating, but it was still pretty scary.

Me sitting here remembering Abbot and Costello, Bob Hope and Bing Crosby movies, Laurel and Hardy, W. C. Fields, Red Skelton, The Marx Brothers, Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis movies, etc... I am old

Considering she said she loved the song from Grease that was playing in Deadpool and Wolverine a few weeks ago it's extra funny.

When Ford premiered Return of the Jedi, Pfeiffer was Tony Montana's wife. I don't know why all the reactors, even the good ones like this channel, do these things. To generate comments? No need, we appreciate the reaction anyway and we like being treated like adults with a little more memory than Dory. Sorry, I must be having a red day.

Here are some Michelle Pfeiffer recommendations for the future Cassie, One Fine Day with Clooney if you haven’t seen it already. Dangerous Minds with her as a badass teacher in a urban high school. Dangerous Liaisons with Glenn Close and Malkovich. The Fabulous Baker Boys with Jeff Bridges a brilliant romantic drama where she plays a lounge singer. Married to the Mob a screwball comedy and The Age of Innocence with Daniel Day Lewis and Winona Ryder a period drama by Martin Scorsese with no violence just people suppressing their feelings!
