I love this! What lights me up; 1. Music - Classical, Opera... anything with deep emotional connections 2. The Beach just before sunset 3. Flowers 4. Just nature in general 5. Candles I've wanted to embark on some form of music career but always put it off due to lack of experience or no proper music education... but it's the ONE thing that really lights me up! What lights me up ? Well honestly I never thought of happiness as a light but while reading you're book, it has inspired me in such beautiful ways to bring the best out of me. My mindset has changed and I no longer crave to be happy because happiness is already within me, thank you so much Rebecca! for reminding me of who I am, OF WHO I'VE ALWAYS BEEN, to that child who has dreams to fullfill and has so much to offer tho this world who forgot while entering adulthood. Anyways things that light me up are : Hiking, adventuring , yoga, reading, eating healthy stuff, learning about cultures , art, and nature. THANK YOU FOR WRITTING THIS BOOK!

My mother always had a flower arrangement in our house whether from her garden or from the store. I recently started to this on a regular basis and what you said about 'loving flowers and giving them to myself as opposed to them being given to me and as a result you get given flowers as a gift' resonated profoundly with me. When I feel everything so connected around me ( feeling connected to the nature )etc yesterday I was walking in the rain and listened to the music which felt so uplifting and I felt for that magic moment : all I need is me to feel connected .
