I tried a lot of times to practice the soul enquiry process, but it didn’t work. When I do automatic writing Guides come in, if I am very connected, but it is not my soul. And if I am not connected enough, it is my mind talking, not my soul. So the only practice I can use for myself without working with my Guides is Oracle Reading.
