What Made Royal Rumble 2007 So Special?

The Royal Rumble every year is one of the best PPVs. Going back to my childhood, there were so many awesome Royal Rumble PPVs, however one that stands out to this day is Royal Rumble 2007. A night where John Cena had one of his greatest matches ever against Umaga. In a classic Last Man Standing Match. The same night also gave us one of the best Royal Rumble matches ever. Where four men, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Edge and Randy Orton put on a show. This show in 2021 still just puts a smile on my face when I think about it, with the 2021 Royal Rumble approaching, I thought why not go back in time to 2007 and take a look at What Made Royal Rumble 2007 So Special?

He died of cancer March 23, 2007. I never was the same. When I watch or think of this Royal Rumble I think of my dad. Royal Rumble 2007 is one of the best Royal Rumbles ever! It's my favorite of all time too! Before the rumble I pick Taker to win and I was right lol. I saw some other sites that if HHH didn't get injured he was supposed to win. Not sure that was going to happen because Taker hadn't won a rumble yet. There was no way HBK was going to win because he was change man. Just imagine at WM 23 it could've been Taker vs HBK and Cena vs Batista but in the end Batista vs Taker and Cena vs HBK were fucking great. Batista vs Taker should've main event WM 23. Cena vs Umaga last man standing match was fucking great. Cena made Umaga look like a beast! Umaga was the MVP of that match. It's the year 2007 Spider-Man 3 and Transformers came out and every kid including loved it until we got older Spider-Man 3 wasn't good and Transformers was okay. In the WWE outside the ring was bad too many star injuries, Vince's limo blows up and we thought he died, and the Chris Benoit murder tragedy

It made a young and cocky randy orton who had the support of triple h and evolution, turn evil when they betrayed him. Then he became snake-like, he never trusted anyone, he became sadistic and evil. Randy orton and edge would be a really great rivalry to go through too. Even kane, undertaker, and guys like those had really great kayfabe stories, it would be interesting to watch videos about those rivalries!

Actually Undertaker 's fastest entrance as the dead man was the Elimination Chamber 2010. That was the one he was set on fire for. But Undertaker usually entered the Royal Rumble quickly. As long as he was not number 1.
