April 1, 2007, a date that will live on in my memory forever. This was not only my first WrestleMania, but my very first WWE ppv. I was able to watch this with my huge family and it was so beautiful. We witnessed history, awesome matches, awesome star power, awesome theme song, brutality like none other, ridiculous/funny moments, and so much more. This was in a way, the ruthless aggression version of WrestleMania X-Seven which is not a bad thing, as it showed everything what ruthless aggression was all about. I’m sorry for the long comment, but when it comes to this WrestleMania, I have amazing memories of me and my cousins as younger kids/teens.

I remember this one so vividly. I'm not sure if this happens in other territories, but in my country this was shown in some theaters. I remember asking for my mom to buy dvds of the WWE PPVs. I can't watch the WWE on a weekly basis like I did before and around WW23, I only watched the events. But for this one, I really asked for us to watch it in theaters and we did. It was a blast. The whole cinema was so loud. This was when WWE is in peek in my country. It was the closest thing to being in Detroit. It was close to the experience I had when watching Endgame. But I think the match between Batista and Undertaker was the best one of the night. Batista and Taker were right to think that they should have been the main event. As an Undertaker fan, I was rooting for Taker but I was so conflicted because Batista is a Filipino and we loved him locally for repping us. And they both showed out. What a time.

Undertaker vs. Batista was the highlight for me. Like you, they had excellent chemistry. The way Batista threw Undertaker around and how Undertaker got up after every single attack. In my opinion, that match should have been the main event for WM23.
