I like Blaineley a lot, actually. I think she's one of the most unique contestants in the show's history and her unique showbiz outlook really made the Aftermath episodes feel more three-dimensional. Her stint is short but that never bothered me really. Also, you're totally right that for some reason so many characters that do bad selfish things get needlessly hated. Like, douchebags can be really entertaining!

Some of my favorite characters in the series (Duncan, Courtney, Heather, Ripper, Chase, Alejandro, Scott) are such awful people. I dunno, I feel like characters are taken way too seriously sometimes. And this is coming from the forty minute Blaineley video creator.

That What-If actually gave me another idea on how they could’ve used Blaineley. Say DJ makes it further in the show (and that animal curse is cut out, because it’s trash). Then when Blaineley returns (in my perfect world, that would be in I See London), she makes an alliance with DJ for similar reasons to Owen. Then when she makes an alliance with Chef, you could have DJ figure this out and try to stop her, as he worked with Chef before. I think it would’ve given Blaineley more potential and also somewhat fix DJ this season.

Blaineley is so funny. I remember watching TDWT as a kid and thinking she was a big meanie, but I have grown to appreciate her. I would've liked it more if she either stayed a host, leading her to go like fully insane in the last aftermath, or have her and Duncan swap so she can have one more episode to show off what she can do.

Honestly, I like Blaineley and Taylor as characters, defiantly not my favorites but they had some good jokes, where funny to laugh at when they world came crashing down and crucially didn't overstay their welcome. Sure I dislike them as people but as characters I'm meant to hate their good. Maybe I'm being to nice, I plan to rewatch all of total drama to make my own tier list but I found them both funny and in Blaineley's case didn't mind no one else coming back as even if Noah is my favorite character, I'm happy with him appearing in TDDRR and honestly would have disliked it more if he returned for two episodes only to be eliminated for a second time in World Tour like Blaineley was instead.

I doubt that I'll ever make videos, so I'll share this and hope it inspires someone to expand upon this theory that I just had. I think that Blainely destroyed total drama due to what happened at the end of world tour. My theory proposes that season 4 had half actors and half nepotism kids that were scripted to bring ratings in to counter Blainely suing the show. Due to everything that happened to a quarter of the Gen 1 cast and exploiting the unstable Gen 2 cast, I think that something happened to put Chris in jail after Blainely got into the ears of people connected to mainly Courtney, Tyler, Lindsey, DJ, Gwen, Ezekiel, Noah, Duncan, Dakota, Staci, Scott, Lightning, Cameron, and especially Mike with the various exploitation, misconduct, harm, negligence, harassment, questionable moves and even connections, overt omissions to access of property or even getting ahold of Ezekiel after lying about not knowing where he's been, etc. I think that Chris has blackmail on someone directly connected to Chef or Chef is close to someone who knows Chris because of how he borderline protects Chris, but also indicates hating him and how McClain does let him get away with insubordination and even degradation that is understandable. During all stars, I think that someone and or Chef managed to get ahold of those contestants to get then to work with him to bury a hatchet and all would have worked out had Mal not happened or that weird trapping everyone in a balloon thing. Somehow I think a double jeopardy void thing happened and then Chris was able to slip out of accountability and then this caused the former contestants except for at least Owen to protest, which gives Blainely a well rounded revenge; I realize how unhinged this is beginning to sound. Onto the next Gen where the next contestants including Skye and even Jasmine are all somewhat or very clearly unstable to have even more levels of chaos on this show in some way, more so than the other 2 generations who all had a low key bad quality batch of teenagers. I think that like some think that Max is an actor and is cousins with Owen, with a fee other contestants being very similar and giving me the impression that they would 100% be in short films or independent movies if they were in 2014 to now which this show would set them into that type of direction with some like Leonard being like Zee before being like that had a mainstream demographic while Dave and Scarlett be like an actual people who won a spot instead of got chosen beforehand for whatever reason. That season failed and then I think Chris decided to take a break from the brand. I think that RR was intentionally a one and done to get money into the show while Chris more than likely had been battling at least a few of the old cases and then cases regarding some of the new contestants like Scarlett and especially Dave; RR even refers to that season even more than any of the others. A reboot comes and instead of having really immature and naive players, almost every single character in tdi 2023-2024 appears very confident and like they're playing characters except for Damien. If the theory about Julia being Blaineley's daughter is accurate, I could see Julia being a mole who is trying to monopolize the show and become more successful than TDI like even make another show as Julia shows interest in that with MK being brought into this before the airing of season 2; I doubt this part, but there's a lot to make this seem plausible on a shallow reflection of the entire series. Even all of the cameos in later episodes feel like a way to give nice nods to characters to get people to think about them like when reality stars show up in movies, especially Owen's guest appearance. I think that Blainely at least changed the direction of the series when factoring in what happened when she got there and how the nature of the show began to fit more into something that Blainely would like especially with how much very contrived and sensational drama occurs from season 4 to season 7. Tl;Dr I thought of a theory at almost midnight about a show from my childhood and based this off of sneaky moves that people with connections would make and use victims to exploit even more especially a bunch of people who were made very objectively endangered and exploited on that universe's international TV. I see something here that feels like there is an ulterior story in this series, in a very coincidental way though.
