At this point in the comics and the movies his entire body is quite literally just multiple cancerous growths, as his body is literally a fucking tumor. Technically he has a dying factor, it’s the only reason he doesn’t immediately die. The regen comes from the cancer growing it back, with the dying factor keeping it on check

Solution to the mirror room: If nothing was in it, there would be only darkness because of the absence of light. And in order to get light in there yo would need to put a lamp in there. When the lamp is on, the mirrors would reflect the lamp, but when you turn it of, everything would be dark because the mirrors will quickly absorb the light.
