After watching Kristin on this I like her even more. She’s NOT a Hollywood celebrity type. She more of a normal girl in an abnormal job. What a sweet heart.😘

Thats because she is Canadian and not from HollyWood and 95% of Smallville was shot in Canada

yes absolute sweet heart, and u see it in incredibly deep ways in Burden of Truth, the show which is truly great actually! Kristin stands out to me in so many ways in the acting world including looks of course, which are ridiculously perfect in Burden of Truth at least! Btw there are quite a few excellent canadian actors who can be seen as not a hollywood type and for those who dunno, Canadian film industry is a major major part of american television shows, films, and of course international as well.

Unlike so many other interviews, they're (you're?) disarming and you definitely succeed in elevating the interview to go past the roles and look at relatable human condition. I was recently at a Con and attended the Panel of the original Pink Power Ranger, Amy Jo Johnson, and there was a practical parade of five or six people in a row who professed their childhood crushes on her. Maybe I misread it, but she looked increasingly uncomfortable as she had to essentially just sit there and take it. It kinda hammered home that female actors might be a little more vulnerable in those kinds of settings, and they're probably doing the fans a favor by being there, so let's be respectful and on our best behavior.

I love every cast member of Smallville. I think they were able to capture the embodiment of each character. It was as if they were not acting but living the part. I watch other CW shows and DC movies and have a hard time buying the characters. They seem over acted and not embracing the character

Just look at the actors they used for Clark’s parents. Hell, even the Supergirl was more convincing in Smallville than the one they chose for the new Supergirl show. The acting was definitely elevated. Nearly every actor was en pointe.

You should watch the series Breaking In (2011). It stars Christian Slater, Michael Rosenbaum & Odette anabelle. MR plays this big, dumb goof of a guy & he is funnier than hell in it. A running gag is that when Dutch (MR) gets annoying, Christian Slater says "Sasquatch" & it's a subliminal cue that makes MR pass out. One time when he wakes up, MR says "Why does this keep happening to me!?" Season 1 is one of the funniest seasons of any show I've seen. Duncan Mynuts

LMAO!!! This dude has a VERY HIGH opinion of himself...borderline narcissist. Not sure why anyone would expect him to be "ON" or the center of attention because no one even really cares about him outside of his Lex Luthor role. Shoot, I watched all 10 seasons of Smallville, loved the show....and I can't even remember his name at this second because Lex Luthor is the only thing he's done that's been worth a damn.
@PKMTDo3 жыл бұрын
The people who go to these cons only care about his role as Lex. They don’t need to know or think about his other roles. How is it narcissistic to feel like you have to be the funny, goofy one? Personally I would find it super exhausting, but not narcissistic. Also there is seriously no way that you watched all seasons of Smallville and you don’t even know the name of the actor who played of one of the most important character on the show. Lmao
@LakersNinersFan3 жыл бұрын
@@PKMTDo You kinda answered your own question. If someone looks at him and only cares about the role as Lex...then no one is expecting him to be "on" and funny or goofy. That's all in HIS head of what he thinks people expect of him. That's narcissistic. Plus, he has a tendency to talk about himself all the time while his guest is talking. He'll always just cut in and start talking about himself when no one asked or it doesn't really help the conversation or his guest in what they were saying. And yes i religiously watched Smallville for 10 years and hate Tom Welling because of it. What kind of asshole takes the role of Superman and refuses to wear the suit???But I know Tom's name because he was in other things. I look up his name, Michael Rosenbaum is only Lex to me because that's all I've ever seen him in and if he's been in anything else, Lex is his only memorable character.
@maximusprime34592 жыл бұрын
So...when are you two going out?
@PKMTDo2 жыл бұрын
@@LakersNinersFan if you go to a Smallville con why would I care about his other roles? That’s what I mean. If I go to a con for Kristin, then it’s because I loved Lana. I’m not there for Joanna or Catherine. Tho Michael didn’t do a lot after Smallville, his fans still go to cons to see HIM. So his other roles do not matter
@Bruce_Wayne35 Жыл бұрын
@@LakersNinersFan The creators of Smallville didn't want him to wear the Superman suit. The story was that way by design. Tom Welling was just playing the role. It wasn't his decision to make.
