I was the same, bought a stationary bike and just left it sitting there for well over a year. What changed for me was realising I could use the stationary bike while doing other things, so in my previous job for example I had to do a fair amount of reading at home, so I bought a tablet, I'd do my reading on that and I'd be sitting on the stationary bike pedalling away at the same time. Never mind 150 minutes a week, if I had nothing else urgent to get done I'd go through 150 minutes in a night.

Kristin should be proud of herself. She has always seemed "normal" well grounded, had self worth and poised even as a teen. That is a common thing all well done child stars have in common vs the kids falling to the bad side of life/fame (think disney stars). This applies to adults too. I'm not surprised she and Mack went very separate ways in the world. Not to say AM issues are all due to fame in fact I think her issues were there pre fame!

The moment They earn a modicum of fast/quick revenues, and if their parents, are not fully formed adults(for lack of better words). Adultification, comes really quick, in those circles. I was doing some work in the buildings.

One of the thing that make her dropped out of the sport, is the creepiness of the officials, giving the prize for the winner.
