Allow yourself to make a stop and think about your life for a moment. Is it boring or interesting and what makes it that way? The conclusion may be really interesting. Have you ever wondered if you are living a boring life? Julia Berkenfeld did and decided that this was a good question to raise in a TEDx speech! Julia went looking for the answer behind man’s most boring question. She researched standard, bored and boring people. Her conclusion is really interesting actually!
Being bored or boring is a waste of time, which is why Julia tries to make the most of it. She was raised an only child in Helmond, where she spent her childhood in a nice home and family. Now, she has her own place but usually she’s still on the road. She enjoys being outside, does horse-riding and likes reading! She’s really sociable, often goes out with friends and actively takes part in scouting. But that’s not all! You can regularly find Julia in the gym and she likes spending her free time being creative: she draws a lot and plays the guitar and the piano and sometimes sings in addition to that. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

My hat goes off to Julia. For developing the skill and ability to speak in front of large groups of people at 20 years old. Most people would rather jump off a bridge than conquer the fear of public speaking. Great job! Keep at it, you have a compelling future as your life’s journey unfolds before one day at a time.

There's a lot of things we have to consider when we think of bore or interest concept as the social interaction changed gradually as a repercussion of technology development people who think and act unique feels boring and isolated it's just an example of the realtime circumstances.

After watching this video, several questions just came out in my mind. Are those 'interesting' people really feel interested about their life or just want other people think they live a interesting life? And this kind of happiness is based on whose perspective? How can we define other peoples' life boring or not? So, this speech is not persuasive enough to convince me. But I still respect her courage to give this talk.

We have scientific proof of whatever she said New things create arousal and arousal create dopamine and that's how you get happiness and when you are full of happiness you can share happiness and that makes you interesting.. you can define other people boring when they're not full of colors and by colors I mean colors of life adventures of life.. I reply to question one...those people who are really very interesting doesn't pretend they just open up themselves and because their life is very already very interesting the result is categorization of these people as interesting people

NOTES OF THIS VIDEO..SO YOU REVISE. ❤️ what boring is.. when you are not able to create fun.. when you cant dont create laugh.. when you cant establish contacts at multi levels.. when you cabt create novelty.. when you cant trigger happiness hormone. when with a person do things that are in capacity of the person that person likes..do like him positive energy.. small minded because of not being in social contacts... when they knew something that evokes intrest in you..meams when you knowledge or inyrrst hits their intrest... when you do activities that they like.. when you are very rare person that they have ever mey.. happy always.. openness.. usually people don't open up because they are chances for being dragged down when they get themselves vulnerable and vulnerable means telling in and out.. they shut themselves show and share intrest.. positive.. vulnerability..they allow themselves for being vulnerable to others establish strong connection when both gates are open..then there is sc not sharing interest.. not engaging with people simply just existing not living like a zombie kind of life where there is no colors whenever they have colors in life a person is very interesting sep sharing and engaging with people lyl living your life open up by talking to people.. star discussions.. give people compliments.. start asking how we doing.. connect by sharing your stories and experiences.. during adults.. fear the consequences of action and they don't do that that's why they are not full of adventure while kid do that and they have adventure everyday.. being childish can boost your happiness.. story of establishing and playground in Netherlands.. excited amazing to feel like kid again it feel amazing when you feel like a kid again explored and fulfill their and your dreams do something new set new goals go out
