Beautifully designed and decorated house with all the features someone can want but with no privacy.

You’re right the house is beautifully designed and it’s lacking privacy. What’s your favorite design feature of the home?

The home theatre was my favourite. It is a good size and cozy. I was wondering why is there preference in the US to have the TV almost reaching the ceiling. Wouldn’t you prefer it to be at eye level?
@RealJStreetАй бұрын
Agreed, the theater is great! The TV is higher to give an optimal viewing angle when you’re reclined and leaning back. But you’re right if you’re sitting straight up it’s not ideal though.
@mojojojo_BBАй бұрын
Because designers insist on putting them above fireplaces which is a terrible thing to do to your neck.
@RealJStreetАй бұрын
If you’re reclined with your head laid back it’s not bad, it’s actually ideal. But without that you’re right, it’s terrible, lol.

Thank you for watching and commenting! Interesting take, what about the house feels dated to you?

Please answer the question above because I saw this comment before the video got going and I'm confused... furniture can always be changed or not purchased in a sale if thats what you're referring to? Idk... I'm lost

@@Dom2.0I’m not paying 21 million dollars to live in a tight house and have the ability to look in my neighbors house

Too many gold details in the rooms. They could have chosen better and nicer sanitary ware and equipment in the bathrooms and not the golden color. The fireplace openings are too high, because of this the televisions are mounted too high on the wall. The size of the televisions is small compared to the size of the rooms in which they are mounted. There is no elevator. Some installations are on the roof terrace, they could provide a machinery room and place everything in it. Another house too close to this one and it almost covers the view of the city with its roof. The view from the terraces is not enchanting, nothing special. All in all rating for this house 6/10. It's not worth 21 million.

Thank you for watching and for your detailed comment🍾🥂! This house isn’t your cup or tea, I can respect that. Cosmetic changes like fixtures are easy to change. There’s space for larger televisions if that’s your preference, I’d also consider large drop down projection screens adding more theater like experiences to different rooms. Even though you wouldn’t buy this one, what do you think it’ll sell for? Is there a house currently on market that you love and feel is a 10/10?
