Yes, this is what i tell ppl who think meditation is too hard bc they think they have to quiet their mind to meditate. Truth is, you are already meditating yourself into your own reality. A quiet mind is the byproduct of meditation. It's not what you do to meditate. When you live with awareness, being leads mind follows, not the other way around. However, you do also raise your life condition which brings joy, which is also our true nature or buddha nature/enlightened nature. Don't be afraid to "bliss out". It brings light to the world & that is a real service to humanity indeed. Peace.

Brilliant!! Also, you can switch from judge to witness. You become an observer of thought, but not identified with it. You don't judge the thoughts, but you can gently interrupt them. So you're using more of your right brain. "Cast your net gently right." John 21:6

I just really shut my thoughts down and then my mind starts bringing back memories (very vivid almost real as if I'm there) from my youth. I was very happy in my youth, very good family so I just sit there and enjoy my first memories as a child. I become a much better person afterwards as if all this years of bad human experiences never happened to me.

its helpful to remembeer that their is an entire energetic world out theree that you can feel and open to in meditation. it has its own speak and its wonderful to tap into that sensation.. because its our guiding force and loves us always. so if you are feeling entirely alone you know you can go back to it. its always cradling us and always nurturing, always loving, mothering, accepting. i really do fnd that. you are never alone when you open to it. love to all

If you know some psychology in the west the mind is made of many things. My mother the teacher said that once you keep the conscious mind busy watching breathing. The sub consciousness, super consciousness can now get listened to finally. No judgements. Once you keep a child busy with conscious. Great learning relaxation happens.
