I recognise what he describes. It doesn't mean absence of stress, it means stress doesn't take over. I am leading the orchestra, so to speak. And I'm grateful for learning from the best ❤

You can train yourself to be without stress no matter what happens since you only react in a stressful way. You react stressful towards a situation…… not the situation is stressing you. Why do you stress yourself ?

i started a new job and i remember crying just from being overwhelmed from all the new things. i had been doing meditation to help with the transition and i remember distinctly thinking "wow i am crying but im not even really that sad." its almost like i just needed the action. as ram dass might say i more identified with the watcher than the actor. there really is magic and beyond to be found in simple breathing. thank you for this video i am more encouraged to mediate thank you :)

I have been quite unwell for many years. I have tried to meditate and have had some success, but there was a lot to work through and a lot still going on in my life. I discovered a huge amount of my own truth recently. I took your advice and meditated while walking. I think I thought for about a week and came out with a new truth. This is a new and ground shaking truth for me. My life begins.

I am a 42-year-old man from West Virginia who is a Reiki practitioner level 3A? What Americans call Reiki master but I don't really like that term because I haven't mastered anything yet😅, and I have listened to so much stuff on the internet about meditation and you are the first and only one to describe exactly what I went through in meditation, I was going to say from start to finish😂 but I am not finished. I hope to finish one day and and be 24 /7 in Bliss, but that's a very how can I say this. That's a very big goal so there's a saying you can never fail if you don't set your goals too high haha. So I just take it day by day. And thank you. Thank you for posting this video❤

Those steps are very important for a practioner see where he is at ; if he is going to a distant land or to the Real Way, the final Reality. Those signals indicate that our energy is staying with us, the gratitude to the One is stored, kept, awaiting the special moment, the attainment of something much greater than us. So, happiness, compassion, love, consciousness, real knowledge, will come in the same package, in the same holy moment. Thanks for the lights, the tunnel now is clearer. Blesses upon you.

For me, when I realized that I was making progress, when it became easier to stop the monkey and calm my mind. I would sit to meditate and my breathing came smoothly and I could sit for a longer session. Letting go of the focus on suffering became easier. I would remember the teachings quicker. Thank you Rinpoche for your blessings.

Everything that Rinpoche teaches me, whether in person (three times) or online - countless, I learn something new, helpful, occasionally deeper, than I have had from any other teacher. I wish I had met him earlier, though that is not relevant. It's not easy to meet him unless you can do some long-distance travel. He has several very proficient teachers, some of whom are themselves ordained Buddhist teachers. If Rinpoche has appointed someone for a role, she or he has earned it. His online study programs are easy and inexpensive to enroll in, with usually options to pay as much as you can. Public libraries that I have visited on line have his books or recordings that you can borrow.

Hi. It's me. Yesterday I was really frustrated. I meditated 3 times. This morning I realized all is an illusion. About 4 yrs ago I was pulling a rose out of a container to plane it. As it came out of the pot I was suddenly dizzy and sick when I sat down a voice inside me said it's all an illusion. Since then all the things that upset me. Have turned out to be an illusion of communism and Satanism. I will be meditating 3 times today. I m progressing and grateful for your teaching Thank you

I had periods of pure bliss and whole days where I could see the light in others. That was 14 years ago. I had a scary experience and stopped meditating for years. I have been worse ever since. Back then I thought progress was linear but it is a lot of ups and downs. In the end life is hard for everyone so at least be kind to those around you. They are suffering as well.

When I played Project Zomboid, I was very pleased to be able to meditate. Oh! When I was a young man, a legal boy, I had a personal fable; I was it without friends. I was sad. Swami Sarvapriyananda says that the way you become visionary is to trick God by crying for three days. I never cried. Hail! Who are you? 😊
