Rinpoche, thank you for this teaching. I clicked on this video because I’m healing after surgery, so there is certainly pain here in my body to support my awakening. I appreciate the opportunity to learn a technique whereby this pain is transformed from obstacle into support. 🌺 💎 🌺

so.. I was angry at the dogs next door for barking.. my pain went away.. I quit yelling.. they quit barking... happy voice.. barking caused by my own actions... no worries mate.. so.. I thought maybe my lovely wife no longer loved me, despite much evidence to the contrary.. she was yelling at me a lot... I quit yelling from pain... the dogs don't bark.. neither does my lovely wife.. and... I didn't have to change anything but me... still working on it... it's an ongoing project.. like a hobby.. ,☆》 thank you Master Rinpoche 🙏 forever and ever... immer und Immer... ad Infinitum

on acupressure and the human body.. western disconnected medicine doesn't prepare our minds to understand why pinching the webbing of the hand, or pressure on the nearby pulse point in the wrist.. makes a headache go away.. it does.. in a few minutes.. with the correct focus of the mind.. and sometimes a little tea.. coffee... and 👀 relax.. imagine that headache is gone... our bodies are superconductors for magnetic energy, and what happens on one side of a magnet happens to the other at the same time.. so no light speed lag between body and brain.. this flow of information is called Qi in Chinese medicine... energy... it's the very spark of Life... right square between the eyes 👀 and wherever you are feeling good/bad.. hot/cold... etc etc etc so.. it's not magic, it's simple physics the human mind is a part of our lovely Universe.... breathing in saying 🕉om is a direct connection between minds... and 👀the Universe... and...find the pain.. and breathe it out... no pills or potions can do that... only you and your mind which is good.. every time I close my eyes.. 👋 hey.. there I am
@richardcarew47083 жыл бұрын
ok... there's another component of this pain of mine that is not my doing.. at least not in any intentional way.. the pain has been from parasites in the gut and skin.. it's looking like we all have this problem.. and it may have more to do with disease and early death.. before our first century.. than I can say at the moment... ☆ and it was there all along throughout my life... so.. it's not because I didn't or did do something wrong.. it's not a choice anyone is given.. they are a weapon of war used by people who think we taste good... we lost the war... and.. 3 ice ages in the past 100,000 years... city streets on the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, Mediterranean and Red Sea... Google Earth is free from Google >> our bodies use neurotransmitters to work... we are their chosen victims.. people... long pig... thee and me ☆ we are not the first.. it is my hope that we will be the last.. I am developing vines that grow out to low Earth orbit and on to geostationary orbit, anchored with asteroids... the juices provide all the nutrients we need to live, including, and especially, those neurotransmitters... I can reverse the proteins so they work for both species... and we can live together peacefully.. like brothers and sisters should.. because they too are a part of our lovely Universe... I am actually working on it... with a little help from my friends... and.. all the monkeys in the World can live and work on the leaves of those vines and.. thee and me too.. forever so our Children can be happy, joyous, and... FREE ad Infinitum

always right on Time... my problem is not fear of dying.. it's kind of the other way around.. and I lay and welcome it... and wake up surprised.. my preparation is to reread the Tibetan Book of the Dead... with a considerably more open mind.. and lay in meditation as I drift off into sleep... So inspiring thought: living well with pain, It reminds me of how the body sends attention to a wound and it heals. The same when i try mingyur rinpoches meditation resting with attention on the pain. The pain blossoms into a padma. sweet
