I've done IF and low carb for over a year with a 100 pound weight loss. I've never paid money for high priced sales pitches on KZbin. Just eat foods high in magnesium, potassium and sodium. When I'm on my four/5 day fasts, I make sure to take salted water, bullion, and No salt which is potassium. As long as I'm mindful of those, I never have a problem. There is too much "selling sponsorship" on KZbin. If you've got the money to hand over, then go for it, however, some of us don't. And they are not needed. 2:41 It is true that crops from massive mono-cropping farms are lacking nutrients, HOWEVER, THE POPULAR BELIEF THAT SOILS ARE LACKING IN NUTRIENTS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. Soils have PLENTY of necessary nutrients in the sand, silt, and clay components of the soil. What soils actually lack are the microbiology and the soil structure they provide. Microbes work WITH the plant roots to convert the raw minerals (in the soil) into a form that can be absorbed by the plant roots. The reason the microbes are missing is from all the commercial fertilizers and poisons applied to the soils ... thereby helping farmers become addicted to the fertilizers, pesticides, and weed killers. Yes, the agrichemical industry is cashing in. I REPEAT, MOST SOILS ARE NOT DEPLETED OF NECESSARY NUTRIENTS. The culprit is predominant big ag farming methods.

If you had the „gene-therapy“ shots, those symptoms sound very much like adverse-effects from these. Look up FLCCC‘s Treatment Protocol I-Recover. These are proven treatments. I think they also have protocols for Long-Haulers. Just trying to help & so are they. These days we shouldn‘t wait too long with any symptoms, they could suddenly get worse. And many of these treatments are protective/ preventative measures using certain vitamins/minerals. Have a look, I found it very compelling 🤓 All the best and get well soon!

I do though. I have been getting him to supplement based on Chronic Fatigue with little success.
@tillygirl74503 жыл бұрын
If you have Celiac Disease, YES, you do have poor absorption issues. I, too, have Celiac Disease that's why I know about those symptoms and the absorption issues. In regards to you husband's (and yours too, by the way) current health problems, PLEASE research about INCREASING your Vitamin D3 supplementation and taking Magnesium too. These supplements will help him (and you too) with his symptoms TREMENDOUSLY. Both Vitamin D3 and Magnesium will help a LOT with the symptoms you mentioned, "Chronic pain, headaches, fatigue, confusion/loss of memory". I, personally, take Vitamin D3 15,000 IU's daily, and when you take Vitamin D3, it is highly suggested to take (1) Vitamin K2/MK-7 90mcg per day. And I also take (1) Magnesium Malate 425mg X 2 times a day. Now Magnesium Malate is a better form of Magnesium for me to take, as the other types (there's 7 types of Magnesium) were causing me to have diarrhea. I hope this helps you and your husband. But do the research yourself about Vitamin D3, Magnesium Malate, and Vitamin K2/MK-7 and their health benefits. Take care and Good Health.😊💖

@@k.a.l. When I do longer fasts, it is for the benefits of autophagy and to extend the time frame autophagy happens (some sources claim autophagy happens at about 17 hours, others after 20 hours). I normally eat a late and light lunch and a dinner late evening (it's a cultural habit). I don't think we can really know - worldwide - when our ancestors ate. Primitive hunter humans were lucky if they made a daily kill. It is all speculation.
