This watch is NOT for sale, and I do not know where to buy it from. This watch was purchased as a sterile Tudor Pelagos and this fake watch was shipped instead.

That’s pretty decently made in fact. Clean. Metal holder screwed in. Citizen Miyota movement. Better made than Vincero, Mvmt, Daniel Wellington without a doubt.

Judging by the appearance and the number of jewels, and of course the rotor noise, it's an 8000 series, probably 8215, a simple but very good movement that should last a long time

Thank you. I was thinking maybe it could be a 9015, due to the hacking and handwinding, but then I remembered that the 8xxx was upgraded to hack and handwind.

I have 9015 and it has the same rotor noise. I guess the lack of automatic bridge and unidirectional rotor wind make it spin freely which is very audible but I do not care it is simple, effective and it reduces the movement height.

It’s a Miyota 8000 series movement. Very basic but functional movement. It beats at 21600 vph as opposed to the real deal’s 28800.

@@WrongTimeWatch No. The Miyota movement is real. Those are so cheap it’s not worth faking them. The real Tudor movement beats at 28800 vph as opposed to the Miyota’s 21600.

@@LTC_Tiger Yes, and the fake has a very different bezel that isn't lumed where all the white parts are engraved, unlike the GEN. Also the markers on the dial are painted on, not in raised white blocks like the GEN. The lume on the cheap rep is terrible and usually green glowing. The GEN glows blue. There are super reps with A2824-2 movements (like the original GEN1 Pelagos watches) and newer versions with Miyota 9015 movements that have been modified to look very close to the GEN's MT5612 in-house movement. Both beat at 28800 vph and are indistinguishable from the GEN in terms of function.

Looks like the Miyota 82XX . Close in reliability to the NH35...except it is loud and only winds one way. Not bidirectional like the Seiko NH series. It is cheaper to buy than the Seiko NH as well. It is a common movement.

Except for the branding it looks kinda ok. Throw a new dial on it wear it as a beater.

I am a complete philistine . If it is reasonably put together , runs and keeps reasonable time it will do me . The time keeping will go to pot if I take it off for a day or so anyway so just give it a gentle shake reset the time , good to go . I woluud not want to pay more than £40 sterling for it though

@Wrong Time Watch Keep it as a reference point. Wear it if/when business or other reasons have you traveling in sketchy parts of the city, then imagine how pissed off the mugger whom stole it from you gets when the pawn store offers him nothing for it🙃

I've never held a real one, but I think you can tell real easily that this is not the real deal. Also the loud rotor gives it away.

This watch was ordered as a sterile dial from Aliexpress, however when it was delivered the logos were present on the watch. The fail is the the wrong watch was shipped.

You can try wish or aliexpress, but I would not recommend buying this watch. In this case a Sterile dial watch was ordered, and this one was received instead. I am trying to decide what to do with this watch.
