Can't believe it's been well over a month of solids with our little girl! I feel like we've really gotten the hang of things now and in today's video I'm showing you guys what a typical day looks like for Vivienne in terms of eating, including her current schedule for breastfeeding + solids. I'm also sharing our grocery list for the baby specifically and some of the things that we always keep on hand for BLW! We are doing a mix of baby led weaning as well as purees so I hope there's some baby meal ideas in here for everyone!
