How many teeth does your baby have?! My daughter has 2 and she is 7 months but I’m petrified of her choking on something! Any tips/ ideas on introducing more solid foods like this?

I have 7 months twins and I was a bit afraid too but the baby body is really intelligent, if they eat something to big, they automatically have something like if they will throw up and split up the food. So don't worry, everything will be fine :-) give them soft food to begin, like pancakes, cooked vegetables...

What a difference from my 8 month old! I still make my baby purées and once in a while try to give her a finger food. Lately she plays with it and doesn’t really eat it but im scared she’s gonna choke although I know what to do if she does!

She’s still so young I wouldn’t worry, I did purées with my first . Food is fun before 1 😃👍🏻

This is amazing. My daughter hates spoon feeding (I think) so we are trying BWL from tomorrow instead. Fingers crossed, because it’s been a nightmare to feed so far, but this video has given me some confidence!

Question, did you try each individual food to check for allergies or you combined new ones and gave it to him? That where I feel I’m falling behind because I’m trying each one but I want my daughter to already have big meals like these

Susanna Alonso don’t be put off, apparently my brother was exactly the same and didn’t actually eat food till well over a year .. some just aren’t ready or interested and that’s ok xx

Sarah Hardy it really does vary.. some days he doesn’t feed as much as others , I always offer regularly though as milk should be the most important nutritional intake at this age 😃👍🏻 but yeah they do tend to get fed up of milk and prefer solids in the end, X
