Here’s some knowledge for all bashing J for overworking his staff: I used to work for a U.S. Congressman and 12-14 hour shifts were normal. Even though I was making $10 an hour at that time, he was always there next to me & the rest of the staff putting in those long shifts. He was always driven before and after he became a congressman. Seeing that drive in him, build a foundation that has helped me grow as a person and helped me apply that to my endeavors when I left.

The whole point of living life like this and owning a business like this is because you have a passion and love for the industry and shoes. If you are unhappy with what you are doing then why do it? I think you spoke out of context and did not mean what you said when you said "even i don't want to do this" it doesn't make much sense then. I would love to run and operate a business surrounded by the things i love and enjoy. I run a reselling business because i love it and it brings me happiness and enjoyment each and everyday. I own a reselling business so i am free to work my own hours and live life happy without doing a 9-5 with a manager screaming down my back with do this do that sort of shit. You should enjoy whatever it is you do in life if you dont then you need to reevaluate why you are in the business you are in. Love the vid and keep up the good work brother.

this is typical in ANY and EVERY business.. from retail to service to anything.. Employees(making the lowest wages) work for managers(making higher wages) who work for their bosses(making even higher wages) who work for the owners(making the most wages)... and guess what? whenever the owners make over 10 million a year.. they don't kick any of that down to their low end employees. the bosses get bonuses.. the managers get even lesser bonuses.. and the employees get nothing but their original wages. life works like this.. the difference here though is you'll see JC doing for people in public and showing more love than you'd get from another retail store or "urban wear" store. a lot of "scandalous" shit in the world.. but you gotta work to get somewhere. you're not just going to get hired and be given the key to the safes.

Just cause “you take care of them” doesn’t mean they can’t get a break. I’m a manager at adidas and if an associate needed a break or even just a quick 5 minute break bc of the madness at store I would let them go. I know it’s your store and u wanna run it ur way, but that’s not right
