What Needs to be Strong to be Fast? (Part Three). This is part three of a presentation on speed development.
This presentation was a part of TFC Chicago 2023.
Too many times, in amateur athletics, an athletes career gets cut short based on the fact that they are simply just not fast enough to play “at the next level”. Whether it is a 40 yd dash, 60 yd dash or a big vertical jump, we aim to get you the times and heights you need to turn heads and get noticed.

Vertimax v8 or raptor is great for loading the ankles with resistance for these hamstring drills if you don't have a 1080

you are getting in the rigth direction. Exercises are not bad but can still be a lot better/improved.

High level sprint mechanics and applied research studies aren't "simple". This video isn't any more complicated than high school physics class and some measured numbers. If you don't have the stomach to work your brain in order to become a better coach or athlete, don't complain.
