Moringa is great to grow. Just be careful about overwatering. Also don’t plant it too early. It will literally not grow until the temps are warm. I’m trying ashwaghanda this year also. Looking forward to your herb garden!

Too much water will kill the plant, they like the temps extremely hot, arid, like Florida. Plus they are invasive. Not sure about the dwarf seeds you have I did try growing them in Tn no luck .

If you can grow a tomato plant, you can grow a Moringa. I'm in USDA Zone 5b and I have my trees in the house in winter, keeping them pruned to just under 8 ft. As soon as all threat of frost is over, they go outside until autumn frost threatens, then back inside they come. 5 years now.

Baker creeks moringa (dwarf) is fun. I'm in Maryland and sprouted 4 last summer. It did not make it through this winter. I think had I brought it in to the house it *may* have?? If I had a temp controlled or grow space that will up zone the climate it will make it. I'm glad you brought up Ashwaganda....it's one Ive been wondering about so it's helpful. Thanks!

Yes! We have already accepted the fact we will need a house for citrus and fruit, another for our warm rooted friends and another for everything else! Here in the U.P. plus the chem-trails the sun is nasty on everything. Folks will say they have had a good harvest but they aren't getting anywhere really without a house. The corn here is a joke from 20 years ago.

I buy moringa greens from the grocery store to use in my beauty products, but I also have cooked the leaves sautéed with onions, peppers and tomatoes. It’s a mild flavor. We also use the powder in our smoothies. I just sowed some dwarf moringa seeds yesterday because I want to grow my own tree.

Here in Massachusetts, I have grown Moringa. It grows very fast and it is important to start it in a container that does not require upplanting because it does not like to be transplanted. It is so nutrient dense and also detoxes harmful elements from our blood, or so I read a number of years ago. Love this video and love your passion.

Hello again. Hey regarding beds, have you thought about maybe doing elevated pallet beds. One they are or can be free, depending where you go. Two if they are free, you wont feel bad when you do replace them and three, they are super easy to put together. Best of luck and many blessing to you and your new journey in the high tunnel.

Hi! Thanks for all the wonderfully informative videos. I really enjoy them as well as this one. I did want to point out though. I used to have mugwort in my front front yard which was there when I moved there. It was highly invasive very difficult to control and kept spreading. If you grow it, beware. You may want to grow it into a closed container. It's roots. Will probably try to spread through the container as well so be really cautious. Otherwise you will grow nothing but my ward in that space and neighboring spaces forever. Good luck. Looking forward to the next video!

I very much enjoy your channel and your presentation, thank you. I live in Western Mass. a year ago I purchased a smallish raised bed and I would like to get maybe 4 recommendations for 4-6 herbs, medicinal, I could grow in the few fabric pots I have and put them into said raised bed. I am on the southern side of my condo building, lots of sun in the spring/summer, Would you have any ideas? Thank you so much. I retired last fall and have had an interest in medicinal plants for a long time. The raised bed is 32 inches long by 12 inches wide.
