The Tribunal may require to be informed of the nature of any evidence before it is entered so that it may rule upon the relevance thereof. Article 21. The Tribunal shall not require proof of facts of common knowledge but shall take judicial notice thereof. It shall also take judicial notice of official governmental documents and reports of the United Nations, including the acts and documents of the committees set up in the various allied countries for the investigation of war crimes, and of records and findings of military or other Tribunals of any of the United Nations. It`s from the nuremberg and other trials. German guilt for Katyn has been established there in court and to my understanding has never been in front of a court since then (apart from a trial in Leningrad where supposedly a german officer confessed but i haven`t seen the transcripts). No matter what the polish, russian and other goverments say now about this incident. To my understanding you still risk jail in france if you say that the sowjets and not the germans did it. It`s the Gayssot law. It`s named after a guy of the french communist party and it was enacted at about the same time that things about Katyn got public because of Gorbachev / about the time he gave documents on it to the polish goverment. Also to my understanding you still risk legal trouble and even jail in germany and other countries for saying the exact same things that Yad Vashem in Israel and the USholocaustmuseum say, because they say things that differ for which germans were tried, found guilty and executed or imprisoned at this trials. This combined with people who took part in it and their track reckord (e.g. judges) as well as critics at that time (the Chief Justice of the US surpreme court at that time, Harlan Fisk Stone spoke out against it). As for ww2 US propaganda look for Edward Bernays, Walter Lippmann, Theodore Kaufman, Earnest Hooton and Louis Nizer. You can throw Billy Wilder and the movie he made about Buchenwald while working for the US psychological warfare division in there too. The same with Alfred Hitchcock`s film/documentary. There are also voices, who say that Steven Spielberg is pretty much the same as Wilder. That includes jewish voices like Dr. Roger Dommergue Polacco de Menasce (who wrote a open letter to Spielberg). Someone even made a video answer/documentary to his movie Schindlers List that analised this movie. I can`t say if the statements made there are true or not. All i can say is that it`s out there.

It isn't even true that the Soviets and Americans decided to split the country and that's what made North and South Korea. After the Japanese withdrew, the people of Korea created the People's Republic of Korea. The US banned it in the South, and the Soviets coerced it to become the DPRK, dependent on the Soviet economy and reformed to fit their preferred power structure. Look with a bias and you will find it.

This world is rapidly passing away and I hope that you repent and take time to change before all out disaster occurs! Belief in messiah alone is not enough to grant you salvation - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36) if you believed in Messiah you would be following His commands as best as you could. If you are not a follower of Messiah I would highly recommend becoming one. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life - Revelation 3:20. Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13 over the course of 1260+ years. Revelation 17 confirms that the beast is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!

United Nations Command carried out an extensive bombing campaign against North Korea from 1950 to 1953 during the Korean War. It was the first major bombing campaign for the United States Air Force (USAF) since its inception in 1947 from the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF). During the campaign, conventional weapons such as explosives, incendiary bombs, and napalm destroyed nearly all of the country's cities and towns, including an estimated 85 percent of its buildings.

@splittedspark16752 жыл бұрын
I would argue that both intelligence agencies as well as just news agencies enjoy this for a centralized collection of works. Of course, a national intelligence agency may have higher resolution pictures but having everything connected and collected in one point makes the whole thing a lot easier.

@BT-ex7ko Жыл бұрын
@@d.j.f8623 Perhaps. But people miss things. Intelligence techs are people too, just like this dude. At the end of the day, the process is exactly the same for any person and any country: use imagery with other informational sources to determine what something might be. There are things he probably found out that they did not. And of course there are things that they know, that he does not.

How they managed to build nukes is beyond me considering all the resistance they received in trying to prevent them from doing it. They had as much if not more resistance than Iran.
@sndspderbytes2 жыл бұрын
Nukes are easy its the delivery systems that are the challenge. Their nuclear warheads and delivery systems are from Russia in exchange for precious metals, high grade illicit drugs mostly methamphetamine and the finest counterfeit money and government documents on the planet. Their development of a nuclear weapons program was all smoke and mirrors to take suspicion away from the fact Russia has provided them with nuclear warheads and reliable delivery systems as well as a couple of old school nuclear powered submarines with nuclear tipped torpedoes. One is always out and about near Japan at all times We have armed Japan with nukes. Now that Trump has provided North Korea with lists of our NOC officers and their Japanese counterparts and a mountain of intelligence documents that reveal our strengths and weaknesses when it comes to protecting Japan, we should see North Korean belligerence go off the scales. Trump didnt sell out American and Japanese case officers he gave them to Kim Jung Un for free. Trump wanted revenge for being denied what he thought would be lifetime control of the United States and Trump absolutely hates the CIA and spycraft in general and he truly likes and admires Kim Jung Un he even admitted to remaining in contact with Kim Jung Un just before we learned about what is a small fraction of stolen intelligence he was finally caught with. Trump was taking top secret documents and giving them away to our enemies and international criminal syndicates in return for their assistance in future matters for most of his time as President. He didnt sell them he traded them for their loyalty to him and to weaken America effectively gauging out the eyes of the American intelligence agencies. Whatever people think Trump did to undermine American security and clandestine abilities the truth is orders of magnitude worse than can be imagined. Now 1/3rd of the American population needs to be.dealt with in the harshest manner but our freedoms make that impossible. Mandating soldiers from taking 17 vaccines to 18 had like every other military organization on the planet had the unexpected effect of triggering Trumpist soldiers (Even though Trump takes credit for the vaccine and wants his cult members to take the vaccine?) to refuse orders and go AWOL. Biden took full advantage offering the anti vax Trumpist soldiers an honorable discharge for refusing the vaccine. Biden was able to purge the military of the most dedicated Trump worshiping insurgents in that one brilliant move. Still 1/3rd of the country now loves Kim Jung Un and despise Biden and Biden's hands are tied when it comes to taking extreme actions upon the millions of traitors and potential insurgents running amok and conspiring to damage our democracy in any manner imaginable. All due to Team Trumps use of mass hypnosis techniques refined by praticioners of black psychology and group dynamics. If there are ever going to be American warfighters on the streets of America it should be instigated by a Democratic President. There will be know civil war but this country will become Northern Ireland in the early 1980's that is almost a certainty.

I feel great sympathy for the people who were unfortunate enough to be in North Korea. 😔 - Around 15-20% of innocent North Korean civilians perished due to indiscriminate aerial bombardment during the Korean war. - Over a million innocent North Korean civilians also perished in famine due to never-ending Western sanctions. - North Korea is considered by many independent research organizations as the most harmonious and morally upright nation in the world.
