I suffered with ROCD. I am now in recovery. Part of recovery is ups and downs. You love your partner. Remember that. Don't try and look for connection or feelings. They come and go. Love is a choice, its whether you know this person that you're with, is worth it. Its scary but youre not alone! You are in control, not your mind, your mind is trying to protect you. I have adhd and trauma my ex was a narcissist so my ocd latches anytime my spouse seems narcissistic and spirals into I need to leave he’s abusing me. I haven’t seen anyone go through that or heard of that.

So I been dealing with ROCD since December 2022, Mr & my partner also don’t take time apart so it’s hard, some days I feel ok and then the next days I feel like the worst , I can’t afford therapy I’m 17 😢 and it sucks I just wanna be happy

@@hammad8062 I am doing a little bit better than before still struggling a bit. Life hasn’t been helping. Don’t know if what I am going through is ROCD or not anymore. There are still a decent amount of times I test myself to see how i am feeling is really how I am feeling.
