Jeff Jarrett AKA Slapnuts spent many years in WWF, WCW, AEW & TNA & is a wrestling legend. But there was a dark period of his career where he had problems with alcohol addiction in Mexico. Slapnuts and Karen wrestled many times for AAA Mexico. The matches were appalling, full of interference, ref bumps, guitar shots and Karen. He even wrestled one of the matches drunk. Despite that his gimmick seemed to be winding up the fans by throwing tacos at them and being a bit racist. He also wrestled Rey Mysterio and had a strange match where he tagged up with Kurt Angle. But how did it all go? Find out today episode on Ring Of The Hawk!

He’s a true relic of the territory days. He started TNA with his dad and every wrestler over the age of 50 worked for him or his family. That’s every wrestler over 50 with no maximum age, dead or alive. If you’ve heard of them from any time period I’d say after the 40s, they worked for the Jarretts. If the national expansion and war didn’t happen he’d probably the biggest name in American wrestling pretty much ever

JJ's shenanigans have hit absurd levels on this channel, but I gotta tell you, after all these years, Slapnuts has managed to keep himself relevant more than most other wrestlers. he has performed in pretty much every wrestling era since the mid 80s (even wrestling for AEW more recently) AND won a number of titles, how many other main eventers can say the same? it's honestly astounding he has this longevity, even while not being considered one of the all-time greats or one of the go-to guys when talking about main events or world champs. I'd say, every new wrestler would kill to have half of the career Jeff had

You know it’s funny you mention that because CMLL has been known to be very old school with its approach, no swearing, hardly any blood, and staying the more traditional route, to the point they’re known as the serious and the stable, and it’s much better to watch than AAA! guess when you’ve been a company for almost 100 years and are technically the oldest company in wrestling there’s a reason why they had longevity.

Some notes: - El Zorro is literally based off the movie character "Zorro", played by Antonio Banderas - I believe the La Parka you're seeing here is the second one at 04:00. This first one AKA the one from WCW was now being called "L.A. Park" (the one at 10:30) due to the legitimate legal battle the two had over the rights and name of the La Parka gimmick. The second La Parka passed away years ago while the first one is still wrestling. You may have seen him in MLW with his sons. La Parka Negra is unrelated to either of them (this may or may not be the second La Parka Negra..... yeah, it gets super confusing, especially with masked wrestlers under the same name or similar name) - If there's one thing I've learnt from watching AAA, it's that their referees will get distracted by literally anything and sometimes count super slow, and there's SO. MUCH. INTERFERENCE. It's hilarious. - In Lucha Libre, 6-Man Tags and 8-Man Tags are way more common, similar to how they are more common in Japanese wrestling. You'll sometimes see an entire show filled with tag team matches and nothing else. - Myzteziz (Pronounced Miz-Teh-Zees) is the former Sin Cara in WWE. The first one. Not to be confused with the second Sin Cara AKA Hunico, now known as Cinta De Oro.

Jeff Jarrett almost got them hands out on him by Killer Kross that night he was in that battler royal drunk. Had Jeff not cooperated Kross would have made him. That’s the last person I want smoke with. Thank god Jeff got it together.

Now slapnuts has bad matches in AEW sober. That Texas chainsaw massacre he was involved in was where AEW officially jumped the shark.....

Triplemania 26 was great. Someone threw beer on jarrett on his entrance and he tried to fight the fan. Fenix bladed obvious in close up. Jarrett tripped up on one guitar shot. Then Fenix does a flip dive and kicks one of the founders sisters in the face when he flies into the crowd. Jarrett called out vampiro who stood there for 12 hours waiting for his FUCKIN MUSIC

Fenix and accidentally kicking fans in the face. Still a better love story than Twilight.
