I did this to myself for 10 years.... Paralysed from fear and self doubt.... Not anymore. Starting at my early 30s isn't easy at all. But I have come to admit that, if I keep ignoring what makes me feel alive, I'll get sick. Thank you ❤

Wow you are also inspiring! So i am not the only one :)) i'm 28. But my case is even harder! I'm not from US not from UK but i dream of doing english spoken roles :) and i learn english every day! By myself. I wish you luck in your journey! As i always say, it is never too late! As long as we're alive, as long as we breathe, there IS a chance! You can do it♡

I'm starting back in my thirties because panic attacks and anxiety made me believe I couldn't do it. It's a harder, slower process than I remember it being when I was younger but I know now I am so capable. It's not an easy ride to get back to something that once felt more natural but its where I should be. Stick at it. Work hard. Keep getting back up even if it goes wrong. :)

Wow I'm just getting started as well! This is so crazily helpful to hear. I'm 30 and despite knowing better - I thought I was the only one ready to jump into the deep end and go for it at my age. It's becoming clearer and clearer that this is what I've always been so I know I gota let myself out and share myself with the world! In many ways I'm ready but I can feel that there's a couple finger nails still clinging to hold me back. I'm so close to going for it! Thank you for posting your words guys and gals. It's super encouraging :)

i always loved movies, theatre, acting. ALWAYS gave me great feelings, sometimes it would make me build up into tears because it was just so moving and i wish I could do it myself! I never ever had the confidence for it, but after going to see the local panto and watching a Netflix series, I thought I NEED TO START THIS MYSELF! so I did, I got onto facebook, looked up the local theatre group and asked for a audition on any upcoming shows, they asked me to go and try for a part in the panto. I was shaking like a leaf during the audition and when I got home I was thinking it over and over that I did a crap job. but I got a phone call to see if I wanted to play a different part and I said Id love to. so I attended rehearals, met a lot of people, made friends, and built my confidence. Ive realised that if I want to do something I have to go for it. you've made me realise that! you've made me see that if I love something, do it! why wait? what am I waiting for exactly? if I wait its days, weeks months years wasted/ im so glad ive finally joined my local theatre, acting workshops and the next towns theatre also. im enjoying every moment of it. I hope to be successful one day. and I'll never plan of giving up!

You are an ANGEL 👼. Thank you so much. At 51 I decided it’s my time to become an actor, there’s nothing else which would make me happier and feeling myself, and suddenly so many things done and been in my life, made so much sense. I started to feel, think and see things like an actor, signed up to my Drama School here in Brighton, will start my first workshop in a month but so much has already started for me... for example finding You! So inspiring, passionate and real. Did only some commercials in Italy when my 4 kids were little... now let’s do it seriously, for life. Love you Wendy, and will definitely keep in touch 😊 Simo

I've been living in Fear since I was i elementary until now I am 28, I'm still not confident enough to show Who I really am, my husband always telling me that I have a potential on singing and good thing since last year my husband recommend me to join and be part of the Choir member as a lead singer at the chapel, and since then I start realizing that I can do it and I feel Happy and relieve to share and express my talent that God had given to me, so now I'm started to believing in myself that One day I became successful by God's Help and believing on myself, I want to Thank my husband for believing me. God Bless.

When i was a kid i had a fear of stage ONLY when i sing. I did acting (not professional) and felt so amazing on stage, but when singing - it was a disaster. But, i am not the person who tends to give up. And i went to EVERY audition in my country just to fight that fear. I have never passed one. My friends tell me - are you crazy? Do you like to be rejected and get hurt? Don't you think that if they never accept you, you are not good enough? Someone even did an Instagram shaming to me. And you know what? I do not caaare! Of course i was not good enough! That's what we learn for! To improve! To fight our fears and get over what limits us! And if i will have the oportunity to audition again i WILL go! At least because it is fun! And after that shaming i began thinking of acting, because i realized that i must try it in my life and nooooo hater can stop me! But i know nothing about it, i don't even know if i am talanted for acting, but it only means i must TRY! i am very excited to try! To learn! I know only one thing - i know nothing! And this is exciting, because this is a reason to learn! Thank you for your inspiring videos!

I really needed to hear this! Thank you, Wendy, again for your encouragement. I'm an ex-pat actress/ singer, living in Vienna, also a Mom. I've been focusing on moving my career into more commercial, film & tv. Watching your video's has been a lifesaver, and a BIG comfort for me. I'm waiting for next month, to get your book... and then I will set up a skype session with you in May ( it's all about the paycheck/ money). I'm so looking forward to reading your book. xox

I love listening to you and also realizing how sincronicity, as described by Carl Jung and Bill and friends, works! Taking action! Yes! Everything is gonna be all right!

You really are the legitimate one. This video sticks to me more than the others that I've listened/watched today. Procrastination can make me DIE. I have some insecurities on how this business your in, is, but yet as still as I have that slight, little drive to resolve emotional issues within, & permanently obliterate negative energies, then I'll be fine.
