But, if you insist: Villo, Ricky, and Stew conducted themselves pretty gentlemanly on and off the track. None were super aggressive with other riders. Reed a bit more. But I didn't mention them either. My point, I guess I have to repeat for easy understanding, was all the press before any real accomplishment. @@ElsinoreRacer I would say winning the SMX is an accomplishment, considering its combined points between SX & MX. That’s quite the accomplishment, considering the only other rider to do it was Jett. And you’ll probably say something goofy like “well if Hunter didn’t crash out , then he would have won it” , and I would beg to differ . We will never know, because Haiden was probably the most consistent rider all year. That is an accomplishment, in your first ever year racing professional. And you seriously going to sit here and say Carmichael wasn’t cocky ? He literally got dropped from the ceiling wearing a crown claiming he was the king now. That is quite literally 1000x worse than anything Haiden Deegan , has ever said or done lmfao. And by the way, he does talk the talk, but he also walks the walk. You can say he got his last win gifted to him, sure. You can also say he didn’t ride the best at Daytona , absolutely. However , I don’t think anyone else would fair much better after yard sailing over a 75ft triple, except maybe mcadoo because he doesn’t know when to back it down, and it costs him repeatedly. The kid is exactly that, a kid . And he’s learning . But to talk about class as if he’s supposed to be a robot like the rest of them, we all knew that wasn’t the case before he even showed up. So quit acting like it’s a surprise and he should change , the kid is who he is. And he’s a bad dude on a bike. Simple as that.
