I loved the tv show they had. I thought they were all so beautiful and talented. I wanted to be them

That accident was not her fault. The young man crossed the centerline.

My family lives in Hendersonville, my father was a police officer there when it happened and that poor boy had a seizure, so the incident was out of his control. But yet she still chose to sue his family. No one in the Hendersonville area care for her any longer.

If you didn't grow up watching The Mandrell Show and didn't listen to their music, you can't imagine how devastating her car accident was. Just the pictures alone were enough to make any teenager with a new license think twice about wanting to drive. Her accident was the stuff nightmares are made of.

I believe she got tired of fighting ignorant Nashville producers, who have ruined country music. All early artist had their own sound, now it is the same chord progression. The road also wears you out and you miss family events. Mccartney brought his family with him which in part accounts for his longevity.

Get over Barbara , that wreck was years ago, she acts like she’s the only one who ever in that position , billions of people have been in accidents where deaths have happened , and they can finally move on without sucking it for years , I’m sorry it happened , but damn quit sucking it for years.your not any more special than anyone else who’s been in that situation and they finally put it behind them , and are better people for it , what you have done Barbara is expected sympathy for many years ,

Try downloading Grammarly. It only takes a couple of minutes and it can help you not look so . . . uneducated.

She was an evil person. My understanding the wreck was her fault. And then she sued a dead man’s family. She could have sued the man’s insurance company instead of the family. But she sued the family.

The accident was not her fault. The 19-year-old crossed the center line and hit her head on. She was actually suing the insurance company to get them to pay. The one that should be blamed is the insurance company for not paying without a lawsuit. She was not able to work for a couple years while she healed from the accident. Not only did she have broken bones, but she had a brain injury from the accident that took a while to heal.

The investigation was through and it found that the 19-year-old was driving too fast when he crossed over and hit her head-on. Her car was at a full stop when the accident happened. She didn't want to sue, but Tennessee Law demanded that she sue to recover. Yes, it was cruel, but it was the law. Perhaps if the teenager had been following the road rules and didn't think he was invincible, he could have avoided all of this. You want to be angry at someone? Be angry at the politicians who approved that law. Also, she was not the only person who ever had to sue to recover money for damages; she was just the first celebrity to do it. So get a cup of tea, and go sit in the corner until you can get a grip on reality. Have a nice day.
