We have seen some comments used to describe Iron Resurrection, which we find an understatement. Calling Discovery’s automobile-themed reality TV show a “niche” is not it. Iron Resurrection is in a league of its own. Iron Resurrection doesn’t feature Joe Martin, Amanda Martin, Shag, Shorty, Jayson, and a host of others to be disrespected like that.
The reality TV show follows the daily activities at Joe Martin’s car shop as they work as a team to resurrect rundown and old vehicles to give them a new life. The show is not just appealing to mechanics; it is a show every viewer at home doesn't want to miss, particularly because of the “serious business mentality” Joe Martins preaches.
There are a lot of automobile-themed reality shows that have scripted scenes and forced conversations between cast members, but Iron Resurrection is void of that. It is strictly business with a touch of a comedic act by the side. However, there is a common trend in the American reality TV show world: once a show gains traction, a cast member suddenly disappears without formal notification.
The case of Shorty from Iron Resurrection isn’t any different from the regular American reality TV show, even though he has cleared the air in his absence from the show. This is why we will discuss what really happened to Javier Ponce, popularly known as Shorty on Iron Resurrection.
