I work at an animal hospital, we have an ophthalmologist I would definitely have it checked out. The eyes can go from bad to worse overnight!

My husky got sprayed by a skunk a few years ago and I found that Listerine yellow mouth wash works the best. Just put on a paper towel and wipe your pup down. Just an FYI!
