How to troll ants: 1. Place slice of bread in table 2. Group of ants will notice the bread 3. Ants will go back to colony spreading the word that they found food. 4. Take the Bread and hide it. 5. Army of Ants will come but finds no bread. 6. Queen will banished the group of ants. 7. Laugh hysterically.

There's not much intelligence to this, it's what their DNA tells them to do, their just puppets of the never-ending system of reproduction, we're the only known species to really break out of that system, I mean not really, because your only purpose is still fucking and making humans but we do other cool stuff, ya know? like basketball and what not

ant workers have no concept of individuality, they simply work and their life is expendable. through conditioning we turn people into soldiers so they have a similar attitude. they work without thinking, the main objective is more important than their own lives. when this happens you get a sort of dictatorship with 100% loyal workers then humans become as efficient as ants. the irony is that everything we think defines us as humans is the very thing that will destroy us as a race.

I enjoyed a slice of cake under a little lilac tree by my house, and left the plate on the ground when my neighbor came by. When I came back to pick it up and put it in the house, I noticed several ants were carrying off lots of little crumbs that I had dropped, and it was so fascinating that I followed them where their ant den was in the ground. I was so impressed with how quickly they hauled off crumbs and pieces of frosting. Always surprised how much of a heavy load one single ant can carry such long distances. Yes, I was very, very bored that afternoon. So I watched ants. And I was entertained.

What is a formidable foe for an ant colony? Something like a mammal would wipe it out but would something like a spider be fought off valiantly? Sorry I'm not familiar with this subject ☺️

That was fascinating for me. Where I live So Cal / Pico Rivera it was Hot this summer and ants where everywhere. So watching this video really is a obvious 2nd step for me. What really set this apart from others is that Im telling you dude, you are gifted with that perfect narration voice. Plus you appear to have a firm grasp of your subject too! Good lord, this was a total schooling on the life of ants. Thanks! This video IMHO really could not be improved. This vid is a home run or grand slam, take your pick :-)

ToxicObject i know, that wasnt what i was really asking but thanks anyway
@liger048 жыл бұрын
I can't remember where he said it right now, but I believe he only feeds his ants dead and boiled insects to lower the risk of disease spreading through the colonies. As far as the colony is concerned, the only difference between a live food insect and a dead one is that the live one has the potential to kill more ants, so why bother using live ones?
@somethinghandlesomething8 жыл бұрын
liger04 ofc, but i was simply wondering if he had a video of some ants going into action

I remember when I was 7 years old I found a juice box near by my brothers room's window. I picked up the box thinking there was still some left inside so I began to suck the juice with the straw already inside. then I start tasting bitterness, I remembered texture quiet well.. it felt like small bumps in my mouth and I can feel it crawling inside my mouth and my throat.. I began puking and I notice I might have swallowed more than 30 ants cause I know spat out large quantities of it well parts of what's left of the ants cause I sort of chewed on it. :L this is something I remember or I think when I come across ants

I have an ant problem in many areas of my house and its amazing how ill put a tooth pick down on the counter that's been inside food cooking and then after dinner I'll go back and there will be about 30 ants on the stick and about 20 going back in fwd all with in about 20 minutes of eating. They work so freaking fast for such small incects

Hi, Im new to this channel and I dont have much knowledge about ants so have 2 questions: 1) After watching the videos about catching and nurturing your queen until she breeds the first generation of workers, I wondered: where do the queens come from? 2) Throughout the video, beside the small worker ants, I noticed a few of bigger ones, with big heads and what appears to me to be scissors. What are they called and what is their function in the colony. Also are there more ant types within this colony?

when ants die, what does the colony do with the corpses?
@theobserver29228 жыл бұрын
In captivity the ants have a "graveyard" site where the remains of ants are and need to be cleaned every few days. In the wild I'm assuming the same thing, but the corpses decompose instead.
