All the things you mentioned make sense. Everything in moderation is good for health. A balanced diet and mindful eating would really help. Personally, If I have a sugar craving I choose a spoonful of natural peanut butter or homemade mug cake that has the half amount of required sugar or fruit. It really satisfies my sugar craving. I also think we should not be so restrictive about cutting sugar or fried foods. Moderation is always key.

I have 2 spoons of sugar with my 400 ml of coffee in the morning. I tried coffee without sugar and it made me feel extremely low through the day. I took sugar the next day. My energy was better. Moderation is the key.

Maybe you should start with reducing one spoon for a week and then half spoon and so on instead of quitting it all together!

Yeah My mom and dad is been eating sugar in their tea everyday but they dont eat food from outside. If they eat its just home made healthy diet once a while they eat moderate fried food and its all home made. They are super healthy and never gain weight. So everything in moderation is the key for healthy living

I was off sugar for longest time. Only refined sugar tho. But the thing is, it leads to restrictive practises and may further worsen the condition of someone who has eating disorder tendencies. So I would suggest anyone to learn how to have balance. I am still learning and struggling but any weight is not worth having a fucked up mind and sad mood.

I feel I enjoy both hyper palatable desserts as well as natural sources of sugar like sucrose, fructose from fruits and may be 1 sachets of artificial sweeteners in my coffee/tea for whole day but I resort back more to the first because they're easily available, in cheaper price, all ready made... So quitting sugar gets tough for me here, cooking alone , when I am getting late to work or are in a bad mood. It's like a chain reaction when your hormones go in Brownian motion and after I eat the hyper palatable desserts I feel more gross... Any suggestions!

Can you please mention a point about the usage of oil(s) in cooking? Which one should we use? Should we substitute ghee instead of oil for cooking? I sometimes get confused listening to different sources. Should we use/discard the oil that we use for frying foods? If we should dispose, how safely we can do this without harming the environment? Thanks!

Big question: i have just started my weight loss journey in a healthy way after crash dieting n failing n binging. But I have heard many foreign doctors tell I can't have fruits because of the sugar but fruits are easily available to me and obviously it's the only thing helping me quitting added sugar
