One of the most hilarious parts about the Shelton US Open match was that he said to his coach (also his father) that Novak didn't have a serve! And Novak was breaking his bomb serves through the entire match 😂. And shelton even had suction circles in his right shoulder implying that he was having some sort of discomfort from all the bomb serves he did at that tournament. Shelton would be lucky to even have a serve in 5yrs serving like that all the time.

I am Serb. And I am fan of Novak, naturaly. But, now I look his games with other look. And I see... Every time when crowd is against him, they give him power for the game. They don't understand what they do... He don't need to be loved from the public. He is so strong.

You need to get your facts straight when you make videos. First, i noticed that you said that Djokovic won 2 Us Opens when he played Shelton, while he actually won 3 at that point and was going for his fourth one which he eventually won. Next, the match Djokovic won v Norrie at Rome tournament this year wasn't a final, it was some earlier round.

You not only didn't mention Djokovic didn't need the special rule to qualify for the ATP Finals, but that Wimbledon was the only British tournament that had their points cancelled for banning players by the corrupt ATP. The intended result by the ATP to knowingly punish Djokovic & not punish all the other British tournaments that also banned players.

Instead of feeling blessed at the opportunity to play with Novak they “trash talk”. It has no sense. Playing against Novak or Roger, Rafa, is an accelerated course of “how to become a champion.” What one learns in that one game in terms of tactic, court covering, emotional control and shots to emulate is priceless.

I think Shelton may be cocky, but honestly, that interview was blown out of proportion. It's probably just the way his coach talks to him and he's repeating the words. Tennis players live pretty insulated lives and Shelton doesn't have media training to the degree people like Roger and Rafa did. I honestly think he was trying to be positive

Federer is my personal favorite, not just because we share a birthday ten years apart, but for his beautiful game and introducing me to the sport. For being humble and full of grace. (Love you too Rafa, though’07-10 I was just mad 😂) That said… I believe Novak has surpassed what Roger and Rafa achieved professionally. I just don’t think it’s debatable anymore. He’s earned my respect and having seen his entire career, I have nothing but love for him. I was dubious about the Covid stuff but upon hearing his words I respect that he accepted what he had to lose and give up for what he believed (unlike the coward Aaron Rodgers who just lied). Novak is a man of honesty and he’s overcome a lot in his life and early career. I heard when he started he had to play in empty swimming pools to practice, during a civil war in his country. When he started winning slams, tennis became the most popular sport in his country. (Sorry Novak, Jokic might have just made it basketball 😅) I hope he finishes the last however long he wants to play extending his records and after that joins Roger, Rafa and all of the other great ambassadors of our sport to pass it on to the next generations. It seems like something it would and will do and I have faith what we he chooses to do, he will do it well. P.s. if he could coach a future American phenom, I would really appreciate it! We would really like a slam 🙏 (I know, I know, it’s like the only thing we’re bad at)

Federer wasn't arrogant and disrespectful at 20, nor was Nadal, nor was Sampras. They weren't a flash in a pan either and dominated tennis in their era, remaining humble. I see similar qualities in Alkaraz and Sinner.

The only time my favorite of all time, Roger Federer, trash talked anyone in public was once about Novak... and well, look what happened. Roger could've had 9 Wimbledon titles and 21 slams. Oh well, Roger's still the most beloved tennis player in the world, first tennis billionaire with 20 slams and most consecutive weeks at no. 1. Very fun video to watch.

I don't think Juan Pablo should be into this "company" he just said that in front of any match chances for both players are always 50:50..which is totally fair, he obviously know against who he should be playing next day.. if anyone thinks the other way, that both players are not 50:50 before the match in that case such player shouldn't compete in any sport at all

The best is Nadal, 'oh, my opponent is a great player and it will be a tough match.' Then goes on the shred the opponents. He respects the players but is a competitor on the court. Djokovic thrives on negative energy, and public, media and players are so dumb that they keep giving it to him esp. when they want him to lose. Second, all the talk about strategy and giving millions to coaches, the young generation and their coaches, don't even realize that Djokovic learnt the game on hard courts and guess what, US open is a hard court. Credit to Roddick, he didn't like Djokovic in the beginning, but accepted him as a great in 2012 and decided to retire, his words were, 'he beat me like a drum' 'I knew the game had changed and I decided to retire'. I only wish Roddick had managed to win against Federer if only he had not listened to his coach Gilbert to try to increase the serve speed. and concentrated on his backhand. Federer did mention, 'you get used to the speed'
