So nice that you mentioned accessibility. I am in an electric wheelchair so its rare that people include this. Bravo to you.

I really appreciate how you also bring up areas where accessibility is a little bit lacking (the hill meetups & food options) and even plan on working to make your own meetup next year better for everyone to enjoy. This is a beautiful and fun vlog!

Thanks for such a great podcast. I’m the least techy person but I really appreciate the production quality of this. The pictures , sound and the quality of the filming (so steady no motion sickness for me here ) . It was lovely to see you really enjoying your friends company . I love Brussels sprouts so these look amazing. Your sweater looks super cute on you as it is but if it’s not comfortable I would go ahead and lengthen it. I’m knitting on a sweater now and I wasn’t sure about the length of the body. I thought that it might grow in blocking etc but watching your journey with your alpen glow I took a deep breath cut off my sewn bind off and I’m adding a few extra inches. I asked myself would it bother me if it was too long and as the answer was no I decided to go ahead and adjust it now.

Thanks for giving an inside look on Rhinebeck, great to see! I agree on your alpenglow, it's too short. Although it is really pretty, you don't seem to feel comfortable in it, that would be reason enough to give it some extra length and be even more happy with it :).

Thank you for doing this fun trip. I always thought Rhinebeck was in Europe only as I have been in Germany many times. But silly me it is such a fun time. I am such a novice and working up my first sock. The heel not so bad but the gussset, takes some mastering. Planning was essential I see. The dinner looked so good. What a great fine a yarn store and wine bar!!! I will start looking for local groups to maybe join in. Your experience and notes like taking an additional day to look around the town. Your husband did a fantastic job. Your new sales pitch guy! I think it would be interesting his take and encourage other guys to join in.

We also ate at Ship to Shore and stopped in the new Kingston yarn store... two hours before you got there. I've also experienced the horrible traffic across the bridge, so much to my husband's delight, I made sure we were in the car by 3. Made it to Kingston in no time! Passing this on, because I'm already planning out how to optimize my time for next year...

Loved Kent's explanations of things. And I love that he loves the team hats you are making him. I agree about finding a more accessible meetup location. I have a wheelchair that I need to use at times. But it would have been so difficult to use at Rhinebeck, so I left earlier than I wanted.

Looks like a lot of fun! I love your Alpenglow...and, yes, I agree that you could add another 1"-1.5" in body length, and maybe 1" in the sleeves - the sweater looks a teensy bit too short and I noticed you had pulled it down a few times just in the time it took for the short video clip to occur. I think it would ride up all the time as is - I don't know about you, but that would bug the heck out of me, lol!

Hi Natalie. So nice to see that you seem to have enjoyed your rhinebeck experience more this year. Last year I think you were a bit underwhelmed. The food lines are notorious, but somehow luckily my husband and I seem to have avoided all of them. I think our strategy was to eat after the lunch crowds died down 🙂
