Thanks. If you do this again I would like to see the breakfast cereals. That's the one thing I really want that isn't in the markets.

I will do that.

S&R looks like the place to get Western food (at a premium price)... Here in Dubai, it's a mix of food from all over the world that you'll find in the large stores... But... you pay a premium price... A pound of bacon is $20 as an example! I shop for reduced prices near use by date and freeze (cuts prices by half)... Average spend here for 2 monthly is about $200 to $250 - doesn't count eating out, extra things like BBQ, parties, sporting events, etc. San Miguel Lite in bottles here is about $1.60 per beer... It's the weekend, so I'm able to enjoy a bit of food and beer (no fasting)... Watching this at 0718 AM, so reminding me to set out some meat for burritos 🌯 haha... That, some Spanish rice, and a salad, topped off with a shot of tequila is on the menu for dinner... Thanks for the tour, good to see how costs will be when back... Prices are sure going up everywhere... Have a good weekend! 🙏🙏🙏 👍😎👍

I’m just trying to keep it low carb in general. Pork belly or liempo and eggs ate my go to. It’s hard to get good beef here. I do add lower carb vegetables.

Prices are not too terrible but what do you expect in the Philippines, except for alcohol. Much the same as going to Costco here. The last time I went to Costco I saved $375, cause I left my wife home. 😂😂. Joke lang!! I hope all goes well with your medical results, looking forward to hearing about it. Great video, Take care.

The rule for S&R is just shop for what you can’t get somewhere else. Prices are pretty much like the US. It’s just an option here. I use it for cheese and some meats. Most stuff you can get local here.
