Dylan, my man! My name is Jesse and I’m a 17 year old coach myself. I’ve been coaching since I was 14 (semi professional/arena football doing intern type work and one season as a varsity high school OC) I’ve never met anyone my age with similar aspirations! Would love to chat with you, let me know and ill give you my contact info

@@jesss9726 I know I’m late to this but I’m a 15 year old long snapper who also serves as a defensive assistant for my high school team. We do a lot of personnel matching and I’m in charge of subbing and matching personnel while relaying it to our DC who is also our defensive signaler. I would love to talk to someone in a similar situation.

Dylan: GREAT question! If you have not already done so, get yourself a copy of the book “Finding the Winning Edge” by Bill Walsh. It will be your go-to reference for your entire career. Best of luck!

So many life lessons on how to be a professional in real life too! I would like more of these kinds of videos, getting a glimpse into a NFL team when we dont see them on sunday. Cheers from Sweden.

Great breakdown JTO. A great followup would be how the scout team researches the other teams defense & offense to help drive the live practices.

@@TheQBSchool Personally I don't mind :D This was fun and different, especially since you don't have to focus on listening as much as with the hard analysis.

Jto, really my first time watching your videos...I like them and find your view point interesting. Now that your out of the league do you find your still a fan(student of the game), do you like taking your familly(kids, spose, friends) to games? Or just avoid them, because you've been there done that? I've never played high school, college, or pro-level sports. But I've driven as class A driver, restaurants, and some construction. The one thing that kept knoawing at the back of my mind was the saying: "you can bull -shit the fans, but you can't bull-shit the players...". And I think that's why I like your videos....yours is a unique prospective . Thanks Steven brownfield

Hi JT. I was watching your video about the snag and the spot route and you were talking about QB footwork. Can you explain footwork and how it is numbered, please?

I’d be curious to know; in your experience how much of the game plan actually is accurate of what the opposing team does on the field.

Would you please post a video about the LAR vs BAL game and the turnovers Stafford was involved in? I'd love to know, from a QBs perspective, what's going on there.

JT, really enjoyed this video and have a full picture on when injury reports come out. I've been a long time viewer of your channel. What's your opinion on prevent defense? Does the usefulness vary if you only need a field goal or TD? I feel like anytime my Steelers or another team goes into prevent defense, the offense is within field goal range in a couple plays. Thanks for the videos!

Great insight. Would love a video expanding on “football is a small n sport.” As an analytics + sports psych guy, and with you being a real-world + academic background (I.e., understands how research and statistics actually work) guy, would love to hear your thoughts.

A request here. In Denver, there is a very split view of how Drew Lock has been doing. Some say that since the Broncos have scored very few points, Lock is playing absolutely terribly. The other view is that since he has very efficient numbers, possibly excellent numbers without drops, and is doing what is asked of him and hitting longer passes than Teddy Bridgewater he is playing very well. Without seeing the whole field film and not knowing exactly what he should be doing I really don't know. I know there would be a lot of people interested in this. You also got mentioned positively on PFF today.

Great work. Can you do a breakdown of Will Levis, he is an underrated prospect who will shoot up the draft boards next season i think kind of like kyle pickett did this year. I actually hope he declares late this year and Seahawks can snag him in the 3rd or 4th round.
