What's BEST $50 Multimeter to get For DIY and Homeowner Milwaukee 2212-20

It's a good way to go for someone who gets confused by a normal meter, but I prefer more options in the traditional format. I have a variety of meters from a $5 to a $100. I even have a vacuum tube bench voltmeter I built 45 years ago for electronics work.

That's pretty cool. The most expensive one that i've ever bought what's close 450. Fluke87 and the most expensive I've ever used was rented.

Oh I like this. I have a coveted Fluke 7-600 and this looks like a good backup option to keep in my truck kit.

I own and used a kaiweets for a while and in small pouches that my t6 1000 won't fit (pen and phone style). The auto thing is really helpful for the average jobs but is no excuse for a real deal fluke. I do see that now a name brand has a auto meter it will severely eat away at this random jungle store brands and it's a good thing. Reputation in testing equipment almost matters more than features. I've worked on sites that didn't allow anything but santronics, fluke or feildpeice chicken sticks. Other than a insurance thing someone getting hurt over a false reading and power was enough to ban most brands from the jobsite for Reputation alone. This may be a buy since it's respectable other than home use. No one likes to get the ryobi snickers on the jobsite. Another advance to expensive testing equipment is when the customer says no way you say my xxx$ meter is wrong you become a lightly above reproach.

Yeah my thought too i really like my kiaweets too NEVER had a complaint about it but this being listed and tested and a reputable brand is HUGE like you said! Thanks!

They didn't include a continuity check or ohmmeter. That is kind of a bummer.

This one does have audible continuity tester. Maybe the 2213-20 would have the ohmmeter.
