No nail plate to close to the surface of the stud and degrigates the structure of the 2x4s and it looks to be load bearing as well

Where the wire comes into the hole in that triple stud should be more towards the middle of the stud per code.

Too close to the sheet Rock wall and likely to be pierced by a screw, and not secured by staples

You must be in Lowe’s. It use to be my go to, but for the past few years I have bought all my tools from Home Depot. No games, if they didn’t have it, I ordered on line and normally received it within two days.

That sure looks like a header above that outlet. I might be wrong, but that outlet will probably go away soon.

In addition to not being centered in the 2x4s and no metal plates to protect the wire from nails, there should also be some slack wire left in the bay before it enters the outlet box for future repairs.

Not a professional here, but before my house burned down, I did do all the wiring in it. There should be a plate so no one accidentally screws/nails into the wire.

Milwaukee hand tools suck. The only thing i think I own from them the heavy duty strippers, a pair of tin snips, and a fast back. Their power tools are pretty damn good but their hand tools. Nope!
