RiyuuMi I already explored the first part of Eden but was waiting for my friend to show me the rest. She kept pushing the date she was gonna show me Eden (since she was busy) so I decided hell I’d do it myself. Friended a stranger along the way and led them thro most of it, I was really surprised as I was really bad at leading before but we did great. Only got 7 candles so wouldn’t say worth it but it was fun and I am excited to do it again this week

I believe it was a city, the capital city of the sky kingdom. A big city needs a lot of power, so they built a huge power diamond. But they had to do horrendous things to make it (look at the murals in the abyss in treasure reef - shows experimenting with mantas to produce bigger and bigger mantas, and therefore more power diamonds). But it was too big and had unfathomable power. So it erupted. The sky kingdom and its people were destroyed, and Eden? There is almost nothing left.

Eden without the rain of rocks looks a lot like Isle of Dawn - the dim light, the greyish-pinkish sand, the water. I wonder if, in the game universe, ascending to orbit and coming back down is just crossing an ocean between Eden and the Isle (I know that the game deposits you on the home island after the credits, I'm just thinking about lore).

Given that Isle of Dawn apparently represents infancy, it makes too much sense why would the Eye of Eden be like this, as it´s known that in death, we´re the same as in birth. Of course, death is seen with (most of the times) polar opposite view than birth, thus no wonder why is it like this. Honestly, this place, to me, is TERRIFYING, especially the unstable Crystal of Eden, as I like to call this )maybe it should be called Pupil of Eden at that point). Honest to all, given the rate it shoots out its own shards, I´m impressed it´s still there in the first place like being in the same place this video´s player was; in perpetual tormenting limbo.

Technically the wall you were stuck at wasn't a wind wall, it's a level boundary, if it were a wind wall you would have been blown back. You can probably glitch through with either a table or campfire.

I just discovered Sky last week coz my bf recommended it to me, I got addicted to it lol. I only have 7 diamonds at the back of my wings when I decided to enter the Eye of Eden. It was really hard cause it was my first time and went solo. The first time I entered not in the place "where you need to save many children" but the place that has 2 dragons. I got stuck hiding behind the rocks 😂 cause I got blown and blown by wind or hit by the flying rocks. I'm just thankful with my co sky players who saved me and guided me through the last stage. I tried to save children as many as I can but in the end I only saved 7. It was a terrifying and fantastic experience tho. Right now I'm trying to look as many winged light as I can so I can last long when I enter the Eye of Eden again. So thank you for this tips, now I already know what to do.

In the past, I was having internet issues but could still give light to the statues. I did not lose light when hit by rocks and bumbling around with 50 winged light and able to do all the statues was a surreal and hilarious break in the game. I only managed to experience it once and never could do it again since. I suppose what was happening in the game is, on my phone could not register hits to the server, so the game considered removing light (the bar moves down) but does not take the winged light away. The phone kept trying to connect so was able to prevent the game from losing connection but the game did not let me move to the next area. I assume it needed a proper connection to load in the next area properly, and I could not get rid of my light in any case. So I switched to mobile data and I started getting hit and losing winged light to rocks as expected. I died and managed to pass on without further issues. Thanks for sharing this, Sky Guy! I hope to see how Eden might get an update in the future. I am sure there more to the story yet to be told to us skykids.

November 23, 2021, my first run of Eden. I was getting to some statues, but after a while, decided to try and press forward with the light I had. I b-hopped across the final area in a despreate attempt to reach its eye, if that was even possible. It wasn't, it seemed like the water stretched endlessly, as I kept going forward, being bombarded by the falling crystals. iirc, there weren't even statues there at that point. Eventually, I did die, but, instead of being warped to Limbo, I was a speck of blue light (the spectator form, or whatever you want to call it) high above the map itself. The sky was grey. And eventually, after like, 2 minutes, Sky crashed. But, I was still able to capture the moments before I crashed (as I played on switch.)

2:50, well, since in Super Sayan mode you do not have any wing upgrades (and you can check ot pressing wing button to open emotes bar) you can't interact with statues. It is not previous eden bug when you could go home to turn off rock rain Oh, and by the way. Dark room after eden is kind of dark room when you die from rain or toxic water or krill/crabs, but because of flying rocks you can see some times i guessed it is not in home but in the last pert of eye of eden, long time ago. And it looks like you can go with your friend, then one of you will go past the point of no return and right after you died your friend comes in play and goes past that point too. And while you will be in the dark room you can warp to your friend... But not sure about that, never had a friend with warp to test this theory

rewatching this 2yrs later, it just feels like the ascended sky kid tries to decline the offer of being reborn and goes back to the sacrifice where the satues where and tries to save all of them and trying to solve the corrupted sky kid/eden problem. And the fact the sky kid wont get hurt anymore since they're pure light now instead of being not one. I have no idea if this made any sense but yeah😂

To be honest I once manage to get to the diamond because I didn't really give away my winged lights and had more health to reach the diamond, I knew from a long time ago that there was nothing beyond it.
